posted a message on 1.6 Flowers of War Update!
    Hello again,

    For another suggestion I have,

    :DSWORD: FLOWERS OF WAR :RFlower:

Now the name sounds quite silly, but I can assure you it is what we need in Minecraft. In this update, I want for decorations and weapons. How may this work you ask? Or why should it be put in? Well this is for a few reasons.

Remember when in a 1.4 snapshot, they added the lighting for slabs and such? Well since that looks like it won't be in 1.5, put it in 1.6!

Fighting is basicly a clickfest, and isn't very fun. And sometimes, Minecraft isn't very colorful, or very good visually (objects & such). Adding more to combat would help singleplayer and multiplayer. Only having 2 flowers is very boring, and there is very little decorations you actually have. Hopfully, if any of these ideas get into the game, or mod, it should fix some problems in minecraft.

    Flowers!

    -Cyan Flowers (From Pocket Edition)

-Sun Flowers (Seeds can be eaten for 1/2 of a drum stick)

-Very tall grass (Some biomes become infested with tall grass, making it harder to see.)

    Decoration!

-Multiple wood colored signs (To match!)

    -More paintings!

-Text fonts (Signs & books only)

-Book shelfs can carry books! (Empty shelf texture & filled texture)

    -Chocolate cakes! (Visual difference only!)

    -Stained glass! (Dyeable Glass)

    War!

-Knifes (Low damage, fast attack speed)

-Sword mechanics (Block should have a chance to block arrows, attacks slower)

-Axe mechanics (Deals more damage than default axe.)

-Armor (Textures show dents/cracks as it damages)

-Long Bow! (Different materials, allows for less drop-off on arrows)

-Fist mechanics (Has a 4% chance to disarm wooden/stone tools or blocks. Use 2 hands when attacking)

-Weight (Tools and armor weigh an amount, and will slow you down.)

-Footsteps (Noise removes sneak attacks, or if you make no noise, become a ninja!)

    Enchantments!

-Shank (Back damage dose 10% more damage per level, Knife only.)

-Squeak (Less sound when moving, level 1 only, Boots only.)

-Showdown (Bow pulls back faster, 5 levels, Bow & Longbow)

-Deflector (Arrows have a higher chance to deflect directly back where the arrow was shot.)

    Potions!

-Potion of Hunting (Brings mobs to user/target. Ender Eye)

-Potion of Fear (Mobs flee from user/target. Hunting + F.Spider Eye)

-Potion of Accuracy (Zooms vision in, Arrow drop off is lessened. Slime)

-Potion of Blindness (You know what this dose, Not available to craft, now is! Accuracy + F.Spider Eye)

-Potion of Weightlessness (Jump slightly higher, dampened footsteps, Feather)

-Potion of Slowness (Can't be crafted, but is in game. Now can be! Weightlessness + F. Spider Eye)

    Others!

    -As mentioned above, fixed lighting.

-Higher FOV (Quake pro isn't enough for me. Seriously.)

-Armor noises (Chainmail and leather make low noise, while heavy armors rattle and make louder footsteps.)

-First-person holding tools (Hands on swords, bows, ect.)

-Sound and visual bars (DayZ like mechanic, would make stealth gameplay more possible.)

-Controller Support (Xbox controller support with Xbox GUI)

-Better Touch screen Support (Pocket edition controls, I know it's a little silly, but why not!?)

:Bacon: Support or not! Comment, and suggest! :Bacon:

posted a message on I think a long overdue time has come - let's make the next update "The Performance Update"
Well, the issue I have here, is that I don't have any problems. My computer isn't that expencive and I have over 400 FPS in single player, and at max I have 250 FPS in multiplayer. No issues here.

I see your point, experiance is useless early game, however, in the early game you have weak weaponry and armour and are therefore unlikely to gain much exp, and are also likely to lose it So I think it's fine, but this is a really good idea and I think it would at the very least make an AWESOME mod!

Well, I was playing on hard 2 days ago, and I got about 20 levels...And I haven't gotten iron yet. *megusta*

posted a message on Leveling - More uses for EXP orbs!
As you may know, levels are USELESS early game. And that really should be improved on.

Another one of my ideas for Minecraft is more uses for EXP and such. I will explain my reasoning and ideas down below.

Level Up!: As you would be mining or fighting creatures, you can easily fill up your EXP bar and level up very fast. Every 5 levels, you hear a noise to notify you of every 5 levels. My first idea is that every 5 levels you have a chance to level up one of your stats.

Knowledge Tablet: Every 5 levels, you get your sound prompt to apply 1 Survivalist point to your 'Knowledge Tablet'. These survivalist points allow you to give your character upgrades for one life. If you are a good player, your Knowledge Tablet will have many points assigned to it, and will help you survive longer. The tablet can be accessed at any time by pushing the 'P' key.

The Knowledge Tablet is basically a skill tree with these skills:

Health (Upgradeable to 4) [Each point gives you half a heart]

Resistance (Upgradeable to 5) [Each point gives you a 'Armor' point, not visible in the HUD]

Haste (Upgradeable to 5) [Speeds up your digging, 1/2 of the potion effect, per level]

Speed (Upgradeable to 10) [1/4 of the potion effect, per level]

Strength (Upgradeable to 10) [1/4 of potion effect, per level]

Breath (Upgradeable to 10) [Each point gives you half a bubble]

Hunger (Upgradeable to 10) [Each point gives you half a drumstick]

Wisdom (Upgradeable to 10) [Each point gives you a 10% chance to see the enchantment before placing it on your tools, and a 10% for a better enchantment]

Upgrading all of these skills to a max will require 320 levels. And that is a lot.

NOTE: The ____ of the potion effect means that a level 1 potion, 1/4 or 1/2 is applied to you, and at a level 2 potion, that effect is 1/4 or 1/2. Also, when you die, all of the allocated points are wiped from your player.

    Other Ideas:

EXP Storage: As you may know, EXP mostly disintegrates when you die, being able to store it would be better...Right? In the above Idea, the Knowledge Tablet would have a slot where you can put glass bottles. Each glass bottle can hold 1 level. These bottles would be called 'Experience Bottles'. (Not to be confused with bottles of enchanting.) They can be drank to recover 1 level. Also, these bottles WILL NOT stack. Making it harder to store such levels.

Trading system: Although this seems out of place, I don't have any plans to put it anywhere. I'm sure this has been said many times, but too bad! Basically, having a key that when pressed while looking at a player will allow a safe trade. You would be able to trade items similar to a villager, except both player get 6 slots to put items in. This system would be similar to TF2, and would require both players to accept.

Quick Draw: An enchantment for bows to draw faster. (This is from a mod and I cannot remember which one.)

posted a message on New ores - To bring back mining in Minecraft!
The reason why I have created this is mainly because, yes, I have gotten many times TONS of diamonds, and am rather bored at collecting. Like I said, potions are proof of concept and can easily be altered by Mojang, or if anyone would like to make a mod of it.

You should have read the stickys. Anyway, no. Emeralds, once you have found the right biome, are not rare.

I have a feeling that Mojang would stick to the 360, however, it isn't a bad idea. I don't like your idea about looking around with motion controls. Id rather use the controller buttons, and sticks. The center screen can be for your inventory and other things you said.

posted a message on New ores - To bring back mining in Minecraft!
Beleve it or not, I hardly mine in Minecraft. And I bet you barly do to, once you have collected enough diamonds.

Ores for the Crafters! - As you know, ores are the base item to create tools (Besides sticks) and are used to differenciate the powers of each tools and such. Anyway, if you haven't already noticed, their is a MAJOR dip in power when comparing Iron to Diamond. And I was thinking that new ores can possibly remove such a big gap.

    Possible ore types:

Ruby: As of 1.4, minecraft still has the textures for the Ruby, wich was the precursor to the emerald. I think that rubys could be another currency, or even be stronger than iron, and still weaker than diamond. (Being closer to iron). (Requires Iron to mine)

Topaz: Being many colors in real life, Topaz could be a pink ore. It would be closer to diamond. My idea is that it lasts almost as long as diamond, but as strong as iron (Speed of mining and attacking). Plus, its humorus to be running around with a pink sword. (Requires Iron to mine)

Amethyst: A more purple ore, and more like gold. Not in a bad way ither. Since in Minecraft, gold has a better chance to get better enchantments on it, that would be the only simularity. It would be slightly weaker than iron, but has the perk of enchantments. However, being as rare as diamonds. (Requires Iron to mine)

Olivine: A light green ore, and can be used for tools, unlike emerald. These green tools would allow you to have faster sword swings and faster mining speeds, however it will be at a cost. The ore will be at stone stength and will not be able to pick up anything that requires a iron pickaxe to mine. (Requires Iron to mine)

Use more Alchemy! - Alchemy is very under used and is said to be expanded apon, These are my ideas. They aren't fool proof, as I am not sure what minecraft is able to do and what it is not able to do. Proof of consept people! Plus, I like creating potions.

Alchemy will have a major role in this idea as well. All of the above ores, and default ores should now have a reason for them. I will list below.

Coal/Charcoal: A 'makeshift' use of Redstone. Increases 1/4 of the time compared to Redstone, can be used up to 2 times during brewing. Can be paired with Redstone to get 1 1/2 of an effect.

Iron: Can be crushed into Iron nuggets (similar to Gold nuggets) and used as a upgrade for potions. This increases the 'weight' of the glass bottle when thrown. More for traps, or if used with a fermented spider eye, reversed and makes it be able to be thrown farther.

Emerald: A primary ingredent, Allowing for better trades. Brewing this will create the 'merchant potion'.
When trading, you will get better deals than normal, and will have a higher chance to have villagers give you more trades.

Lapis Lazuli: This ore can be used to replace Nether Wart. Yes, that is right, that valuable material to create potions. This is mainly because lapis is very un-helpful. But there is a catch, it only creates potions equal to 1/4 of the power of a normally created potion.

Diamond: A very pricey potion to make, but instead of upgrading, it becomes a full ingredient. When brewed, it creates the 'invinciblity potion'. It makes you a walking tank for 1 minute, and up to about 4 minutes when mixed with some Redstone and 2 Coal. Upgrading it with a fermented spider eye will make it a Instant death potion, and Glowstone dust will make it into a larger ranged throwing object, and will make it so if you are hit with the invinciblity potion on you, it damages anyone who attacks you.

Ruby: This is a ore that will allow for mining help. Brewing a potion using this will create a 'Miner's potion'. It will, over time, tell you if you are near ores. A level 1 potion will detect ores 6 blocks away in any direction. A level 2 potion will find ores in a 10 block radius. And if level 3 is possible, 14 blocks. Note, this will not tell you what the ores are, it will only notify you of close ores.

Topaz: This will create a potion already in the games coding, but not accessable. Blindness. That is all.

Amethyst: With this special ore, you can COMBINE potions. That is right. Creating a 'Mixing Potion' will not allow you to eat it, or apply gunpowder to it (throw it). It will then allow you to put another potion in the top brewing area, and then you can create even more potions! Brew blindness poison potions!

Olivine: It allows for haste potions ingame without cheats. Nuff' said.

First off, I would say use the technic launcher, But if you need this to work... Many mods can eventally cause glitches due to how many mods require diffrent things. Such as class files. If "Harvest Craft" has a class file edit, it could be why. Plus, you you have Technic, Mo' Creatures is a part of it...At least if you get the launcher I told you about. Hopefully, this should explain it. :Pig:
