Both Applications are good and detailed. But the rest of the staff at Blaizecraft has denied both applications.
They are good but not exceptional to our standards.
Try applying at other small servers, that is the best option I can give.

I know your age restriction is 16 but If I'm going to become heavily involved in a server I want to make sure I'm not incredibly older than the people I play with. For your concerns lets break it down.

Our server at the bare minimum is a modded survival PvE server with extra PvP elements.
Our most recent modpack "Insanity" is based on the new FTB Monster, but we put our own spin on it.
This modpack is trying to break 3 specific boundaries that usually separate many servers;
i. Tech-Worlds
ii. RPG-Worlds
iii. Creative Worlds
We want a diversity between all kinds of players on our server.
Since our server is still a WIP, there are still many features that we would like to add to make the experience more enjoyable by all.
2.Our Community
We have recently in the past few months began to revive our old community. So our current age demographic of our staff and players is 18 and older; due most of them being staff. We do have some underage members of our community due to the 16 and older requirement, but they have earned the staff's trust to stay with us.
We also have recently relieved our rule of players being 16 and older. The age restriction that I have stated before is for staff only. This means that players of all ages are able to join our server, but this will re-enforce our zero-tolerance rule. If anyone breaks any of our rules that will be stated in-game, they will be dealt punishment according to it's severity. This applies to anyone in our server whether they are important in one field or another.
With your concern about the situation about being a specific gender; our community is fully aware and mature enough to know that multiple gender gamers exist. The only problem that we are aware of what is going to happen in the future. Since we have lifted our 16 and older requirement, we will have more players of all ages applying to our server. Which can cause little to insane chaos.
We are prepared for this change, as we have a dedicated staff member that will deal with all complaints, bugs, and other problems as well. Since this server is white-listed, we will only choose more mature players to join our server. This is because we want to create one of the best communities that Minecraft has to offer.
3.Regarding Youtubers/Streamers
One quick answer for your question. The answer is Yes.
You are welcome to record on our server. Whether it be for Let's Plays, Spotlights,streams, etc.
Our number 1 utmost goal for Youtubers/Streamers on our server is equality.
We treat everyone equally so no-one has a priority over others, whether they be a YouTuber/Streamer or not. Youtubers that exert power over others are not welcome in this server.
Some of our staff/members are also YouTubers/Streamers as well. So if you want, you are able to invite some of us for some recordings. But due to real-life situations, some of them have reduced their activities on both YouTube and Twitch.
4. Other Concerns
In our community, you work your way up to being staff. During your stay at Blaizecraft, the staff will monitor all players and discuss who has been the most beneficial to the server. This discussion may last from a few days to weeks, depending on the player. Once the discussion has been adjourned, we will approach that player and ask them to be on staff.
Applications such in threads like these have a harder time getting through because we do not like to hire on the spot but rather as time-frames stated above. The staff at Blaizecraft will discuss these applications and come up with a verdict for that application.
As for the amount of people that we let onto this server, right now the base amount for the open-Beta is 20. We would like to increase the player amount in the near future.

If you had read the actual thread and not copy and pasted your own application, there are certain points that I have asked for the application.
Therefore I will be less lenient with your application.
For the rank you have applied for; As stated above, you have not closely read the main post. We have another word for Server Manager, its Administrator. We only allow 1 position per application, and there is a drastic leap from Moderator to Administrator. Also there is more work than crowd control and rule enforcing.
With Staff experience, you have no adequate proof of you being an Operator or a moderator on those servers that you have described. Also owning your own server is a simple thing to do, anyone can do it. Therefore you have shown no proof whether your server was successful or not.
As regards to Plugin Commands, knowing the command is only half of the battle. I want all of my staff members to know whats behind the commands, how it works and be able to add in extra feedback to the Admins and Owners.
As regards to your question; Teamspeak is highly recommended for players use to communicate to each other. All staff must have Teamspeak installed. This is mandatory because this is the main source of contacting between staff and we don't want to go on a goose hunt to find out where everyone is.
