I could see something like this being implemented in Red Power. It's not a bad idea, per se, but you suggested it in a horrible way. In fact, you didn't even make the slightest attempt at a presentation.
Also, this doesn't really make the game any easier, it's simply an optimization of redstone. Think of the single-tile 1-tick logic gates in Red Power, they can improve the speed of a machine and allow it to become more compact. If someone knows nothing about redstone, why harp on them for using an XOR gate tile to operate a door with two levers? They don't want to learn about redstone, big deal, live and let live. If you're into computer science or other forms of advanced redstone, you probably already know how to accomplish things like logic gates through vanilla redstone. I see these things as a win for everyone, except those hardcore vanilla redstone elitists, but nobody cares what they think.

Do you want minecraft to be in New york City next year? Well then this is the topic for you! Most minecrafters in the east coast have not been able to go to minecon over the past 2 years. And since the east coast is extremely populated, It would be a wise decision to make minecon 2013 in New York. If you agree with this statement then please leave your minecraft name bellow. Once I have enough emails/signitures I will send them to mojang in sweeden via airmail, and they may consider it. It wont be definite but It will be my best shot.
