Well, my first "house" was a dirt shack, about 3 blocks high, and was about 40 blocks very long. There was no glass at all, so my first couple of nights was terrifying for playing for the first time. After a while i was able to locate some coal and put torches to light up my household. Slowly overtime, i started to replace the dirt with Oak Wood, and then made it look more like a house. My house was located at the very top of a mountain and overhanged off of it for about 20 blocks.
1.) There is a purpose to leveling up. With leveling up, you can use the points to rename your items(with an anvil), enchant items, and alot more. Not just that but some servers for MC, have markets that you have to use the points for the items you want.
2.) Yes your levels drop to 0 when you die. If you can get back to the spot where you died, you might be able to retrieve some of the points(if not all), along with the items you had in your inventory.
Well within the first 20 minutes of playing minecraft i was playing on a server and didnt know the controls at all. So when i started to play The Hunger Games for the first time i, just ran around trying to open my inventory to get to my iron, well while i was trying to figure out which button opened the inventory, another player came running towards me, I freaked out and just quit the server. Now thats being Noobish...
Okay no offense but this is not a good idea. Cookie Ore? I mean come on bro. Its food, nobody will spend time or want to spend time on finding a rare cookie underground. Many people like me are just going to get food from a village or animals.
You should build a huge mansion with a lot of trapdoors/ secret doors. Another thing you should build if you are gonna build a mansion is that you should put giant steps that go around a door or a entrance to the living room or kitchen , ect.
I like the cow. For 2 main reasons: 1st being that they have good drops and 2nd being that they moo and walk around so funny looking. 1 thing: minecraft should have white cows
HonestlyI don't think that Minecraft (PC) will ever come to a stopping point for a long time. what i think they will do when they do get to a point when they cant thunk of a bloody thing to add to minecraft is get in touch with with some mod creators and put their mods into minecraft. i give the minecraft team 2 years until they come to a complete stopping point.
This thread is to talk about the future of minecraft. I like minecraft the way it is now, and everything about. The developers can add whatever they want,but i would like it to keep and have the minecraft look. You guys tell me. What are you afraid of further on in minecraft's development? what are you wanting and hoping? And what do you think they should have?
I like minecraft the way it is now with the blocks and pixel look. What i fear is that in the future, minecraft might start looking more and more like fallout 3 or rust. The current zombie looks make the game unique in its own way compared to other Survival/Sandbox games. In other words i will not give this support.
Okay, first off all, i would like more detail, like what type of quests/missions there would be. and second off all, there are already achivements, which in my opinion already gives you some quests or things to work towards.
