Why was I banned from this server?
I obeyed the rules, and respected them.
I pvp-logged agains BuuTheGreat one time, and he got my stuff after by Berthur, and then I quit pvp-logging.
I got banned when Shine, and another guy shot arrows at me. They thought I was cheating but all I did was pressing: back to titlescreen, and then I went online again, and wrote the comment: /back
Hope you can unbann be for this misunderstanding, because this is the best server there is out there and I wont let it go.
Please, do not update to 1.4.6 yet or keep a backup of an older version as you won't be able to log in to the server with a 1.4.6 client quite yet. Thanks for your patience.
idk if anyone will get this but i am experiencing problems with a super-long html error code on my laptop and PC, i will not be able to come on until this is resolved. this sucks i was really getting into helping berthur with fort legit. don't forget to visit meh shop btw, make a right before the admin shop and past the checkered building
also i would like to appeal for l3580. he was banned from the server for x-raying. as he is my brother we share the same PC and the texture pack we was using was a halo 4 one. He is deeply upset he got banned like this. to aid this point visually i give you this example:

You might like Road to Fortune. Let me tell you a little about it:
The server map is divided into two large areas. The Countryside and the Wilderness. In the Countryside, everything is protected and this is where all the awesome buildings and amazing projects are being made. But, to build here, you need to buy a plot.
The Wilderness is the kind of area I guess you aren't as interested in; as the name says, it is a country without law, where pvp and raiding is allowed without restrictions. This is also the area where any player can gather resources for money. You can also work for money, or run your own business.
There is also the Capital, where all the plots are expensive and where all the shops are. The Center of Civilization and the Center of Trade.
(And btw, yes we have McMMO.)

In case you have missed the latest news, I will tell you about it here as well: Player built server projects can now be started. Any player, who have gained a reputation, is considered trustworthy and have been playing for a while, can apply for this: if you have an idea for a public server building, like a town, a monumental building or an amusement park, you have the chance to start the project and be its leader; employing other players and buying their materials.
If the project, when finished, is awesome enough, you will then get a compensation of all money you spent on it when it turns into a Public Building owned by nobody and everybody - and maybe get a nice reward, too.
So, if you are interested, read more about it in its own thread on our forums (http://forum.rtof.net)! Feel free to comment or ask questions.

First, I must ask if you, with 'creative', mean that you can have creative mode (which is not possible on our server for justice reasons) or just that the server is a fertile place for creative minds? (in which case our server might be perfect!)
If you are asking to play survival on a survival server, then I recommend you ours: Road to Fortune.
It is an economy and building based server, with a lot of fun plugins such as iConomy, ChetShop and McMMO. We have or have had a lot of awesome building projects going on, and the server is a nice place for skilled builders.
