In game name: DanniDorrito When were you banned? 14th July 2012 Who issued your ban? I am not sure, sorry. What was the reason you were banned? 'Xraying, but you tipped it off by the freqent mine resets' Was the banning justified? I don't feel it was. I havent been active lately so for the past 2-3 weeks I havent even been online to 'tip off frequent mine resets', today was the first day back on and I mainly did smelting today. Went into a mine and was digging around as I usually do (Go in straight line, dig 5-6 blocks up or down then dig straight again). Mine was getting reset in 1 minute which was a bonus so I continued to dig then I was banned. I am not sure if the reset happening at the same time as my ban was a coincidence or if that was a glitch or something? Any additional info: I am a block 0 player and have donated for credits, I am also a staff member on a popular survival server, won't give out server information as I don't want to advertise (Please see my signature below, I am a Mod+ and also SM stands for Staff Manager). I have no need to cheat and have been inactive. Please may I be unbanned and I could change my mining pattern if you feel I am causing problems. Thank you very much.

Do you have experience with prison themed servers?: Yes, tons of experience. Just to name a few Prison Servers: Killion, Convicted, Labourcraft, and Mumaus. I guarded for 5 months on Killion. Do you have any experience guarding?: Yes I guarded for 5 months on Killion and 2 months on Convicted. I love Guarding and am a pretty good Guard as I have been told on the other Prison Servers. What makes you the best selection for guard?: Well, for one I can take the hat esome Guards get. IE: If someone gets mad at me for jailing them and calls me a rude name, I will just ignore them and carry on with my Guard Duties. Also, I am very experienced with Guarding so it won't take long for me to get back into Guarding Mode and be as good of a guard as I was on my previous servers. Another reason for you to pick me is that I am responsible with the Guard abilities and am good at making quick, but accurate, decisions when on Guard Duty. Finally, I would like to say that I am a pretty good PvPer and can put up a fight against anyone who tries to kill me. Have you read ALL the rules, guard and prisoner?: Yes I have memorized them all (Because I guarded on Killion) and to prove it I have something to say: "Cyan is AFK". Whatis your current rank? C-Blocker, but I have played this server off and on for a while and I know how everything works. Do you understand that we will need screenshot proof of it if you decide to resign?: Yes, I do. Any additional info: I am mature for my age and am responsible. I have tons of Guarding experience (Over 5 months of Guarding experience) and am a good PvPer. I promise not to abuse my Guard Abilities and I swear I will do my best to protect the Prisoners. I will follow the rules and enforce them.
