Not sure why you say optifine didn't work with the 1.7.10 version I had no issues. Once I added first person bones to my models.
Show a picture of that bone, i don't see that bone on the Sakuya model that comes with the pack.
If you look at the last bones in that model, there is itemR,itemL, Back and Camera.
And i would expect the Camera bone was the first person view bone.
how do you make it work with multiplayer? for the last few days me and my friend have been playing together and we cannot see each other's model. We have all the exact same version of the mod and version of the game and i still cant see her model.
Make sure to have all models available on the clients that connects or you will not see the other players models. I recommend models with very little physics.
Ive been working on this for a while, and i finally got all the armor and item bones working fine, and then the camera messed up and now once the model loads i can only move my camera horizontally. Has anyone else had this problem, and how do i fix it?

Remove Optifine or disable the jar file by renaming it to "OptiFine_1.10.2_HD_U_E7.jar.disable"
Then in the game, press K for the CustomSteve Menu.
Click the Config button.
Set the FPV to "off"
Remember to click "Save" if you want to keep it like this.
Next time you load the game, you won't see the model until it loads. Either by opening your Inventory "E" or pressing the K or F5 buttons.
if we just import the skeleton that have back bone to the model that i want will it replace the skeleton of the model that i want?
+ i want to add item skeleton for the hand too, cuz i found modern warfare mod and i think is cool if i use it with this mod.

I tested some other mod that could have guns in minecraft, can't remember what it was called, but that didn't work very well. The guns wasn't placed properly in the hands. And it didn't sit right on the back. This comment

I recommend using this server instead, because it can load Crafbukkit plugins and forge mods at the same time.

Which version did you have ? because i wasn't 100% sure which version of MC and optifine it applies to.
Too lazy to test them all.

Looks like Optifine breaks that first person view that is in the customsteve mod.
well version OptiFine_1.10.2_HD_U_E7.jar does.
Disable it by renaming the file to fx. OptiFine_1.10.2_HD_U_E7.jar.disable or delete it to get that first person view back.

I have made a item skeleton that you can import on to models that has the "back" bone that enables that.
You can find it in the description of the videos i have linked previously in this thread.
But here is how to.
Well to be fair i didn't make it, i just extracted it from the Sakura model that came with the mod version 1.10.2.
So it could be made into a "easy import" on other models.

I don't know if this will help, but these are needed to use the MikuMikuDance software. And it can't hurt installing them.
And personally i install ALL those Visual C++ packages that i can get my hands on.
Because it will help with software compatibility.

I read a lot of posts in the this forum thread and found this.
I didn't think about this one because i always install that one as one of the first things when i install a pc.
Because many games still use some of the dll's from that to work.

Looks like the problem is with v1.10.2 then. try restting all minecraft settings and optifine settings?
