Well no, it's just that I rarely use ender pearls as-is, and when I do I'm normally not very concerned for how much health I have in the first place, since I tend to not use them unless I have full hunger and / or regeneration.

I'm well aware. However, the "cooldown" has always been kind of a thing, at least with weapons. Just constantly spamming attack with a sword uses up twice as much durability with only the first hit registering. Even then, the best strategy to attack was always just to jump, critical hit, jump, critical hit, etc. Even before 1.9, the best method to attack, especially with a sword, is to wait between attacks.

It actually isn't that hard to kill skeletons. Constantly spamming attack actually just decreases your durability faster (using a sword), and the better method for attacking anything has always been to do critical hits, and/or only attacking once the enemy has been knocked back.

Hey, I have an idea, and I'm not sure if it should go here or the other part, but maybe you could have a button that gives you a book and quill, and there is a dropper where you can place suggestions.

Well, I like the fact that you are trying to go for a server with mature people in it (which, I do promise to be mature in-game, I kind of like to be mature anyways no matter the server), and I like the desert aspect. While I don't personally think the "mature" thing will work very well (since anyone can lie and just type that they promise to be mature, stay mature for a bit and then grief everything, or someone could get on their account and grief for them, technically meaning they never broke any promises), I still think the idea is good, and I hope it works well.

Quick question: why are you calling them your graphics? To avoid confusion, it would probably be best to say your art or drawings. Also, I think you need a little bit more practice before you start selling things. Your drawings aren't bad, but they definitely could use some improvements.

This seems like a pretty good concept. However, finding an only mature audience is going to be VERY difficult.
