Can I get an animated cape? My username is Bad_SKELETOR.

HELP
When I try to run the snapshot the download works fine but when I try to launch it I get an error like so:

What could be the problem and what can I try to do to fix it?

HOW DO I MAKE A TEX PAK?
I've made a couple of textures with the standard MC pack, but I had to extract the jar and my Minecraft didnt work after that. I want to make one for custom maps that I plan to make (hopefully) and just for general use.


And can some one give me some pointers on animated textures?
