Slime blocks for 1.7.10! (and non-sticky slime blocks for 1.8)

Forward in Slime (1.8): http://www.curse.com/mc-mods/minecraft/232264-back-in-slime-slime-blocks-for-1-7/2246149
Usage:
Back in Slime
Back in Slime's slime blocks work nearly identically to the ones in 1.8. They negate fall damage, and make you bounce if you land on them. They also work as piston glue, pulling any attached blocks with them when pushed.
The only true additions in this mod are slime pistons. While Minecraft's pistons don't know the difference between dirt and slime, slime pistons are specially coded to work with slime blocks. Just put a regular piston into the crafting grid to change it out. Note that there's a slight loss in finesse that comes with slime pistons, so if you're looking to use them for precisely timed or one-tick redstone circuits, you might get erratic behavior.
Forward in Slime
Forward in Slime's smooth slime blocks have the same bouncy properties of regular slime blocks, only they've been covered in sand to remove their adhesive properties. This means that they work like regular blocks when pushed or pulled by pistons.
Crafting:
Back in Slime
Go see the Minecraft Wiki.
But seriously, slime blocks are crafted exactly the same as in 1.8. Just put them in a crafting grid like you would coal.
Also like 1.8, you can convert your slime blocks back into slimeballs. The only new recipes are for the slime pistons. Just put a regular piston into the crafting grid to turn it into a slime piston
You can even do the reverse; turn a slime piston into a regular one.
Forward in Slime
Adding sand to a slime block will allow you to remove it's sticky properties. Unlike Back in Slime, this change is irreversible.
Modpack Terms
Feel free to use this mod in your modpack. My only requirements are that you :
1) Do not claim this mod as your own, and
2) Provide appropriate credit where credit is due. Listing the mod as being in the pack, without linking to the page, or mentioning the author is a no-no.

If sometimes, when you've got no idea about something, its better to shut up and keep silent^^ 😂
Btw: when it's not that hard as you describe. Why aren't you coding this 'easy' stuff and instead keep talking 'bout this, in your opinion, easy crap?
Just my 2 cents...

I have a question towards crossings with switches.
See attached picture to see what I'm thinking 'bout.
Will these crossings for track spacing 1, 2, 3 and the three radiants be available?
The pic shows a crossing for a 30 meter radius with track spacing 1.
Best regards, Baalith

Wasn't there a preview version for 1.7.10?
Hope to see some progress in the near future

Isn't there a link for the proof of concept mod?
(I know that this thread is trying to accomplish the implementation cubic chunks to vanilla mc)
But I would like to play with it now

For the doors I can provide (I'm not the creator it) a nice mod which fits perfectly (in my opinion) to the elevator mod:
http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/2076338-1-7-2-forge-malisisdoors-1-7-2-0-8-new-update
Sorry for the little advertize, but I think like I said it fits perfectly.
The mod adds some sliding doors (which are automatically linked when you use double doors) in wooden and also iron(redstone compatible) variants.
Okay, enough promotion
A little question is left:
What about cabins (an elevator case with a roof, walls etc)?
I tested a little with the current version, but everytime my cabin roof isn't moved together with my elevator.
Btw: It would be nice if slabs can also be used as a elevator block (camo)

The Author Kaevator left this mod and publish the sources.
I only updated this to minecraft 1.5.2 with the use of minecraft forge.
Now smp support! Use latest version.
Here is a link to the originalthread:
http://www.minecraft...ser-colombages/
Recipes:
For the wooden frames use this:
For the iron frames use this:
Usage:
Place the frame on a wall or on the ground and change it's shape by rightclicking with an additional frame in your hand.
Pay attention that the helded frame must be the same type as the frame you're trying to change. So you can change wooden frames with the wooden frame, and for iron frames vice versa.
Also as in the originalmod you can use dyes on placed frames and dye them into the color of your needs.
Installation:
Simply copy the downloaded mod to your mods folder and you're done.
If you get errors at startup, go to the config folder, open up the frames.cfg and change the ID to your needs.
For those who can't find the mods (or config) folder:
Hit start, type %appdata% in the commandbox and hit enter.
Enter the folder called ".minecraft" in the new opened explorer window.
There you can see the above mentioned folders (mods and config).

Keep calm with him, I like it when people also make thoughts about the mod. So how could he know that you are thinking the same?^^ And further, maybe he's right with some things in future. The more ppl thinks about the more ideas are spent and (in my opinion) the more likely may be the result

I've noticed a little issue with the pigs tail.
It renders not correctly at the right position at it's ass (sry for that).
In my case it renders on top of it's back.
For debug information:
I'm using MinecraftForge v7.8.0.715 @Java HotSpot™ 64-Bit Server VM, version 1.7.0 environment.
Hope that helps.
Forge log don't pop up any errors.
Again - Great Mod!
I would like to see all 1.5.2 items converted like that (don't like 1.6 at all...^^)
Edit: Just a little suggestion for future releases:
Maybe an api for modelhooking for other mods that add items to the game (i'm a great fan of Biomes O Plenty). Surely it would be nice to see their items converted to models like the vanilla ones.
Just my 2 cents, Baal
