Henry was a coal miner in the far reaches of Alaska when the nukes went off. Deep in the mine

survived the blast with little injuries and so did several of his crew. The crew made a trip to the south to attempt of locate more food (becuase alaska doesnt have farms) and almost the entire crew was killed off durning the trip. After a nasty run in with bandits

was the last to live, but his entire left arm was blown off from a grenade. Now he roams the streats of las Vagas looking for a doctor to heal him.

Arthur slowly moves his hand into his pocket making it seem like he is getting some caps. Arthur pulls a knife out of his pocket stabbing the bandit in the leg. Arthur then grabs the hand holding the knife to his neck and takes it out of his hand. The bandit falls to the floor roaring in pain from the knife to the leg. Arthur then says silently to the bandit "Next time you choose to rob someone dont make it so obvious and learn how to hold a knife before you use it." Arthur then pulls out his gun and shoots the bandit in side of the head. Putting him out of his misery.
Character biography, (must be at least 1 paragraph): Arthur was an orphan who never wanted to live. He was taken in by a group of bandits and was forced to learn how to use a weapon at a young age. He never wanted to hurt or kill anyone. He then thought choosing a knife as a weapon would decrease his chances of killing or harming anyone. He was dead wrong. At the age of 17 when he was good at wielding a knife he killed his first person. A young man refusing to give up his caps. The man said he had no caps but Arthur didn't believe him. He slit his throat and searched his corpse that lay on the floor only finding out that the man was telling the truth. Arthur had killed someone for no reason and hated himself for it. At the age of 26 Arthur grew angry and tired of killing and bringing fear to many many people. He then ran away from the bandits never wanting to go back. He now walks around wearing a dark hood and hoping not to run into any trouble.

Hakim is a man with a troubled past, like most people of his era. He was raised by an elderly man named Jack, in an old loghouse, Hakim never knew his real parents; or why Jack chose to raise him, but that never bothered Hakim, he was always grateful that he had someone to take care of him.
That was until his 20th birthday, a great pack of feral ghouls came; they wiped out everything in their path, and when they reached Jack's loghouse, Jack didn't stand a chance, luckily for Hakim; he was out scavenging for caps whilst this happened, when he got back Jack was dead, there was hardly anything left of him... just flesh and guts.
Although living in the wasteland had toughened Hakim up greatly, Hakim still has a conscience, he also still feels emotions towards people who have had a great impact on his life; Hakim shed a tear at the sight of the man who raised him torn to bits, but Hakim knew he had to move along, he took Jack's gasmask and placed it on his face as a symbol of rememberence, Hakim now travels the wasteland; unsure of what dangers may lurk ahead...

it has been optional but as there is no value to us using it since it has turned into a PoS in the last couple updates we have chosen not to use it as we are not using Guns which has been the only reason we ever used it.

Biography [About a paragraph or 2] -
Jep grew up in a small town in Arizona. When he was nineteen his village was attacked by raiders. But these weren't just raiders. Jep noticed that they weren't using standard machine guns and pistols. the guns these raiders had shot light beams instead of bullets. His hometown was razed to the ground. Because of this tragic event Jep had become interested in these weapons.
Jep has since learned much about energy weapons and other pre-war technology and now he travels Arizona, warning good people for the danger of the technology, and has been trying to keep this technology out of the hands of bad people.

but just for your information the launching gun into air thing is considered metagaming aka god like abilities so if you were in a hardcore rp situation and you did this type Attempts to launch pistol into air.
as of right now spies are forbidden with a agreement but it may change in the future after some more talks as spies tend to ruin the server as well as break RP allot when they do spy.

Build is done for everything but bases as we are constantly updating them as of launching early their is no chance at all as regardless of any other factors we are waiting for pap to return from his vacation that he is leaving for today and second is that we need to wait for main plugins.
Also, I have a question, If I am in the NCR, is there a specific skin I have to use or can I use my own?
And another question, is this server going to be 1.2.5 or 1.3.1?
NCR has a skin pack for any members I accept altho you may modify it in anyway as long as it looks like a ncr skin and I approve of it. Also be warned wearing a faction skin without being in the faction may get you banned so contact the faction leaders to join first.
After some apperantly swag dreaming by pap last night NCR base is being remade into a epic phoenix where a amazingly cool new base will arise from its rubble. Pics will be posted later.
Legion base is pretty swag right now although half of it is nothing but trenches and barbed wire fence's built out of paranoia from a one block hole in the previous defenses making it look more dependable than the Siegfried line
