    Hhhmm....let's start with a pretty basic question that I always do.

    Does this mod add any generation, mobs that spawn on their own, anything in general that I have to be careful about?

    I don't want to install a mod, and while I'm playing, suddenly f.e. I'm getting rained down upon by meteorites that I knew nothing about, or find a biome that's slowly but steadily corrupting my world. XD

    Minecraft has become more annoying for me than scary.

    And I owe that mostly to the bats(Thank God for Mob Spawn Controls. Thanks to that, I removed them completely.), but even more than that to the buffed zombies.

    Why yes, Mojang, it's very nice when I'm taking a walk at night, and before I know it, I'm getting gang-banged by zombies.

    I'm trying to reach and kill an Enderman, and I have to go through the entire zombie cast of the Resident Evil film series.

    The baby zombies are even better.

    They run at you like they have stuffed 20 syringes of adrenaline up their @$$, and they are actually just as tough as normal zombies, AND they don't burn in sunlight.(How does this make sense?WTF where they thinking?)



    The most scary things so far were a few jump scares.

    1. Thanks to a mod, I have a weapon with an ability that allows you to harvest heads from the mobs.

    I was hunting during the night.

    I must have spaced out for a moment, because I was suddenly surrounded by an army.....eehhm...I mean, a few zombies and some other mobs including a creeper who almost exploded in my face.

    I started mashing the attack button to kill everything as quickly as possible.

    I kill the creeper, and then turn around to kill a zombie who had the nerve to attack me from behind.

    I turn around again and then



    "[email protected]!!!!!"

    2. A Creeper riding a spider coming at me directly.

    3. A Skeleton attacking me with a bow enchanted with Punch (and I think Power too).

    I was fighting other mobs at the same time, mainly because the Skeleton was knocking me into them.

    I was on Normal, with Diamond armor, and yet I still almost died.

    posted a message on Very few 1.7.2 mods?
    Even when Forge is finally updated, I think it will take a while for most major mods to be updated as well.

    And with Christmas being close, we might have to w8 for next Year.

    And to be honest.... I believe there is no rush, except maybe for Optifine that some Vanilla players might need.

    I don't want to offend Mojang or anything, but unless something really important is added to Minecraft, like say a better terrain generator, or a mod api, there is no reason for players like me who use a huge amount of mods to be in a hurry for a Minecraft update.

    Heck, some major mods just recently came out, and some YouTubers just recently started their 1.6.4 series, while some others haven't even started yet.(Direwolf20, I'm looking at you.)


    Here's my advice.

    Don't bother yet to update.

    There is tons of content in the current 1.6.4 mods.

    Enjoy your 1.6.4 world for the next few weeks/months while you are waiting for most mods to update to 1.7.2.

    Quite a few nerfs after 08.13.

    I don't mind the Furnace Heater and Calliometric Burner nerfs, but I'm gonna miss my extra nuggets.

    With that being said....and without wanting to sound offensive....give me a good reason as to why I should update. XD

    So, I'm trying to research the Essence of Lost Time.

    I used all kinds of aspects that I have currently found but no luck.

    Am I missing something?

    Maybe there is a certain aspect I need to get?(Though I highly doubt it. I'm into the late game of Thaumcraft and I have discovered most if not all aspects.)

    Maybe I need to get the research through some other method?

    Maybe it's bugged?

    Edit: Just as soon as I posted this, I saw on the NEI that there is indeed one more aspect that I need to discover.

    But this aspect exists on the Clock which I have already scanned and it doesn't let me scan it again.

    I will try with a Clockwork Engine.

    I guess this what you get when you are late on installing a thaumcraft addon.:P

    This might sound harsh, but......give up on it.

    Your mod is too generic.

    Aside from the sword's ability, it adds nothing new.

    The sword is completely broken.

    In fact, the mod itself is broken.

    Dirt is in abundance, and it just doesn't make sense making dirt tools.

    So, here are a few questions.

    What do the Obsidian Totems/Tiles/Whatsit do aside from looking really creepy and having a dark node inside that turns the biome around it into an Eerie biome?

    While we are at it, what does an Eerie biome do?

    Does it eventually turn into a Tainted biome?

    What happens if I break the Obsidian Totem aside from losing the Dark Node inside?Are there any consequences?

    Does the Obsidian Totem do anything on its own, without the Dark Node?

    How can I stop a Dark Node from turning the biome it's in into an Eerie Biome?

    There is no Simple COD by Marz folder.

    Inside the zip, there are 4 folders.

    The _MACOSX, assets, bullets, and guns.

    I will try creating the Simple COD by Marz folder on my own.

    Unfortunately that's a bug with ForgeMultipart that occurs if there is a chunkloader (quarries are also chunkloaders) in the same chunk as multiparts (which includes tubes). Chicken chunks chunkloaders apparently don't cause this issue so maybe if you supplied one of those to overlap the chunks with tubes and the quarry, it may allow it to load correctly.


    So, if I have the chunkloader on an other chunk, but it still loads the chunks with tubes in it, will the tubes still be invisible?

    So, does this actually remove biomes completely, or does it just prevent them from generating?(I guess it doesn't remove them, because that would probably crash your world for ever)

    I guess it doesn't look appealing because it's more simple to use compared to all the complex industrial and dimension mods out there, and then the End Pad is a bit broken, but I will take it anyway.
