I'm looking for someone who can make a 64x64 resource pack for a hub network. I'd like to keep the theme private until we talk about hiring, however, I'm comfortable with sharing this: the pack should have some dingy, gritty elements; some bright, funky retro elements; and preferably it would both be close enough to the default to have items be recognizable (such as knowing that stone is stone or something in that branch of blocks from sight) and somewhat similar in feel to The End is Extremely Nigh, Last Days, the DayZ pack... etc. I'd talk to you more about how it would be set up.
Payment would be negotiated based on time and quality of work. While my pockets aren't bottomless, I don't plan on skimping or ripping you off. I'd also be interested in assistance later on for another pack and possibly some weapon pixel art for use on the server for a minigame.
TL;DR: Pixel artist resource pack maker wanted for either 32x32/64x64 (preferably 64x64) pack paid on quality + time basis. Willing to talk about what the pack should be like + references with my team for an accurate idea of what we'd like, but we will not stifle creativity so long as it doesn't go against what we've asked for. Potential for more paid work in future.
Please reply with a portfolio I can look at (this can be anything so long as it's clear that you own the work you're presenting, and is a resource pack you've created, either in the past or currently being worked on: you can also submit partial packs as demonstration).
I would very much like to ask whether your team would be willing to try to update it to 1.12.2 for use on a server. I'd be willing to work out financial compensation for your hard work, and your team would receive credit. Please contact me if you're interested.
Hm... Suffice to say, I'm not really sure I can trust that you're a coder when your formatting was so... wrong? Unless you simply never use BBcode/HTML, but even then, I'm looking for people that can code MC, so I'm sorry, but I don't think I can accept you.
Like the other Admin apps that are in excess, I've stored your app. It's now in the pending list, and I'll be sure to contact you if a spot opens up. Thank you very much for your app and interest! : ]
Edit: Sure thing! Add me at any time and we can talk about it.
I'd like to talk to you, you seem like a capable builder and I'm interested in seeing what you can do. I'm sending you a friend request now, and we can talk about what kinds of builds would work!
No more administrators will be accepted at this time.
While this may change in the future, right now, we have enough admins and not enough coders or builders. Please spread the word to your friends if you think they're interested in coding or building.
I'd like to talk to you further, so please add me on discord. However, I may have to hold your application, as the team is getting a lot of administrators and very little else, so I can't guarantee anything.
Hey there! Your Discord username doesn't seem to work? Maybe if you could PM me it and we could start talking from there? =)
I've double-checked and my Discord username as stated is incorrect, thank you. I'll edit the original, but here it is again for safety: Trusty McCoolGuy #4552
I'm sorry, but I'm not able to accept any more admins at this point without breaking bank, and though I understand that you're willing to work as a volunteer, I need to make sure that the core team is solid before I start accepting volunteers. Additionally, your prior obligation to your own server is a serious thing as well. I can't knowingly take you on when you've got those obligations.

We've got a plugin manager, so we're now only looking for Coders or Builders, or a resource pack creator. Thank you for your interest : ]

I've accepted kahhoot as a Web Developer, so we should be getting a nifty website at some point! : D

I mean the forum post your application was made in. It's kind of... wonky.

Unfortunately we aren't accepting administrator/moderator applications right now. I'll keep it in mind in case positions there open again!

Of course you're welcome. Feel free to join the discord server, I've added in the link.
I understand that this is an issue, thank you for letting me know.
