Never said this would be our only giveaway. No reason to rush to that conclusion.
How come all these giveaways are only for premium members? I'd love a shot at an xbox with a minecraft deckout too! - To post a comment, please login.

Yeah. I grabbed both of the latest versions half an hour ago.
Edit2: I have a new problem.

My installation is asking for a version of Mantle (4.0.4) that doesn't seem to be available for download.

Couple more things:
The Ender Chest, and the clay.
Also, the opened Ender Chest.

One last update for today.
Paeonia!
Also, fancy swirly stone. I might smooth it out a bit.

Here's some screenshots of nature.
Also, some of the textures I missed in the first post. (and the new double chest, and the trapped chest)
The trapped chest is subtle; the lock is redder.

Done.

Completed three multitexture blocks! That's about 23 ordinary texture's worth in all of these if you include the breaking animation which I also did but didn't take a picture of for obvious reasons. Also, a clearer shot of the dirt.

I think the hardest thing to do in singleplayer is quit.

There's very little about Alex that suggests either gender; I'm positive the skin was literally designed to be as ambiguous as possible. You should have complained back in Classic, when Notch first added Steve's skin as the default.
Also, I'm kind of sad somebody brought race into this when it's completely and utterly irrelevant.

Have the spruce door. I also improved the contrast on gravel.
Bit of a motivation issue on this pack, unfortunately; but I did just post yet another texture pack! It's called All Things Bright and Beautiful.

This is the brainchild of a simple pack submission that was way too detailed to be entered, and several months of procrastination and development hell. Currently I'm running with the theme of 'detailed cartoonish', trying to cross over Dokucraft with Love and Tolerance with my own style of pixel art, which tends towards the detailed.
Note: several of the textures in the below images are outdated or have been redone, most notably the stone and the various woods. I'd suggest looking through the thread for progressively recent textures.
This is obviously by no means finished. I'll post textures semi-regularly unless I end up going on hiatuses. I appreciate feedback, or better, ideas, so if you've got any please leave them/it below!

This is really.
Big.
Uhm.
I'm sorry, but the houses are mostly bland, the terrain being entirely flat is very boring, and most of the architecture is excessively blocky with little block variation and lots of unbroken flat surfaces, that ultimately contribute to being fairly ugly. If you indeed worked for several years on this, I'm kind of heartbroken because I can't find much good with it other than it appears to be massive, and better than just simple boxes.

It's sort of on hiatus again. I'm not terribly interested in pixel art at the moment.
0
Sorry, it was actually the LittleTiles mod. I never use Little Blocks specifically because the textures are so small.

Virtually every shaderpack I've found seems to tint sunlight either incredibly bright with too much bloom or rather red-yellowish, and colors any form of artificial lighting (torches, glowstone, lamps, etc.) an unbearable shade of orange. These are fine for medieval constructions, but in my experience they're not exactly realistic and they certainly aren't any good if I want to build anything modern, since the orange light contrasts heavily with modern builds in my opinion (which tend to be more blueish-white.)
Is there a pack out there that has cool color shaders? (I.E. white sunlight, bluer artificial light?)
