1. Can you provide your experience with moderating? Give examples: I run my own mini hub server(much like AEM) for my friends and I. I have experience with a lot of Essentials admin commands and also general server commands.
2. Have you broken any rules of the server? (This can be checked): I have never broken rules before.(I have stopped/reported rule breakers many times)
3. Do you have any experience with forums/forum moderation?: I have no experience with forums, although I am a very quick learner when it comes to anything computer related.
4. Do you understand the punishments that coincide with the rules?: I understand the rules and will always think before I do anything because I am an example for players on the server.
5. Why do you think your best for this position out of all other people that have applied?: I have 1.5 years of experience running my server. I am also a good people person and know how to keep people happy when they might begin to get angry.
Also I have spent a lot of time reporting incidents on creative by running around to find a Staff members on different servers and letting them know what happened. I also know the creative commands very well and have helped many people learn how to do things in creative. Lastly the creative staff
is not always on and when they are it is only one(normally). They get swamped with questions and problems and I do my best to help but since I do not have a "staff" tag nobody listens. For example: Nov. 23 someone was saying that creative was out of plots, I tried to tell them to do /aem auto
and they ignored me and continued to complain, I went to skywars and got Thoink he tried the same thing and was also ignored. This whole time Nimmanu was AFK(They forgot to logout) and couldn't help, when they came back and said to do /aem auto the guy had a plot.

1. You are the only moderator on and you have 10 people that need you at the same time.:I would start by telling everyone I will help the most important problem first and ask them to say their problem once in chat then wait their turn. If other people need help during that time, I would assess the level of their problem and add them to the line-up.
2. Two players are arguing, one of them has been griefed by the other. The victim is threatening to grief the player who didn't really grief but mistakenly broke a block. You are the only staff member online: I would start by freezing the player threatening to grief(If I had access to that command). Then I would ask each person individually what their side of the story is. If I determine that it was an accident I would replace the block.
3. A player comes on the server and is advertising and spamming chat:I would ask them to please stop, if they refuse I would mute them for 10 minutes and explain the rules to them. If they do stop I would thank them and give a brief lesson on the rules.
4. A player needs help with something that requires you to do something you aren't comfortable doing: If this situation ever came up, I would start by telling them I am not comfortable doing that and if what they are asking is not against the rules I would find another Staff to see if they want to do it. If it is against the rules I would tell them that and ask them to not do it.
5. You see a moderator abusing their powers banning players for no reason at all. What action do you take?: I would start by taking screen shots for proof and make a list of all the banned players. Then I would ask the staff to stop and if possible, disable their ability to ban. I would then report the staff member to someone of higher rank or the Owners.

A new player is in spawn and constantly complaining about not knowing what to do: (This has happened to me while I was on creative, the person almost got banned.)I would start by letting them know that I have seen their message and will help them as soon as I can. When helping the person I would ask them to keep everything in /msg to keep the main chat clean. I would then find out exactly what they need help with and direct them from there.

2. There's no real difficulty variation. It's just as easy to kill a zombie in hard as in easy.
3. No weapons, tools and armour variety.

6.The height limit isn't utilized by terrain generation.
7.Why the heck are there deserts and jungles beside tundras? Please, please add some buffer zones, Mojang.
8.Dungeons can be conquered with no armour and a stone sword even on hard.
9.Oceans are just plain boring and annoying. If you're gonna put something between me and more land to be explored, at least make it interesting.
10.I just really hate the movement right now. It sucks.
I like Minecraft, but they can't really call it a "finished" game right now. It needs so, so much more.
I was wondering if anyone needed someone to write a storyline, narrative, or something for any servers or adventure maps. I would write it for free, and probably in a day or two, depending on how long you want it. I thought it would be good practice for the novel I'm trying to write.
