Dat psu should be 500-550w at max. Otherwise nice. But why not get a cheaper cooler and use the saved money for a 7850? Like the havik 140 or something stylish like that?
I don't do a ton of gaming, but I do a ton of cpu intensive stuff, where I could benifit from a beter cooler.
EDIT: Also, I'm going to do some mild overclocking on the new one.
I currently have:
i7 2600k @3.8ghz
Xigmatex Loki
Arctic Silver 5
p8p67 (REV 3.1)
Radeon 6850
HAF 912 with a 200mm fan in front
Corsair TX750
PNY Optima 2x 4gb
G.Skill Ripjaws 2x 4gb
But I'm not replacing my pc. The main thing is that my current PC gets transported very frequently between 2 places, and it takes a beating in the proccess. What I'm going to do is put the H100, and the 6950 in my main pc (the one I have above). Then I'm going to take the rest of the parts from the pcpartpicker build, and make a new pc for the other location. I am also going to put my 6850 and my Loki in the new build.
How do you cook yours? I personally enjoy mine with worsterchire sauce and a side of chicken wings.
Also, I lie a ton to make life simpler for me and others. Although this probably isn't bad, as it just saves time rather than actually do any bad, eg, I go to R movie, and instead of explaining to my mom why I went, I just say that it was originally pg 13.
Intel really launched a hype around the 'ultrabook'. I have yet to research what exactly qualifies as an ultrabook and what doesn't. Seriously what were Intel thinking when they coined the term? "Yeah let's further complicate the the terminology issues with the thousands of netbooks, notebooks, inbetweenbooks, half-tablet-halflaptops, and whatever else there may be out on the market".
It looks like a decent laptop, although I must say the CPU is really cheating. It is supposedly an i7 but it's just a dual core CPU running at 1.7 GHz standard. Seriously call it an i3 or maybe an i5 but an i7?
I didn't realize the cpu was that slow. I would have a hard time going from my 3.8ghz 2600k. And an ultrabook basically means it meets a certain size (I think it's <1.5" thick), it comes out of sleep in a certain amount of time. Basically, light, responsive, medium powered laptops.
So with the whole ultrabook thing going around lately, I haven't been impressed until now. It supposedly plays BF3, max graphics, at 30fps. It also has a 14" screen, and an optical drive. And it qualifies as an ultrabook. What does MCF think?
Having used both Fraps and Bandicam, I would say, for your purposes Fraps. It records high quality, but takes up massive amounts of space. But since you're doing a parody (I assume a bunch of clips), it's best to take more space, so you can have better editing. But for a long video, like a let's play, where you don't have much editing, bandi is the way. But looking at the rest of this thread, it appears you have a cheapo Acer. So neither.
I have seen many gun suggestions, but not much like mine and my friends.
You can craft a musket with
flint iron iron
planks iron blank
planks blank blank
You charge a musket by holding left click. Once you start charging, the icon turns grey. After about 1 second, it charges, then turns green. It is then ready to fire via right click. Charging it consumes one gunpowder, and one ammunition (the best available). Muskets do damage based on the ammo type, and when a musket wears down completely, it becomes a broken musket, and can be repaired with a piece of flint and iron as a shapeless recipe.
Muskets will fire with no drop (to make it balanced) and have a spread and damage (to the musket) depending on the ammo.
Stone balls:
Stone Blank Stone
Blank Stone Blank
Stone Blank Stone
= 16 stone balls
The musket can fire 20 stone balls before breaking, the stone balls have a short range (10-15 blocks), and they do 4 hearts of damage.
Metal balls:
Iron Blank Iron
Blank Iron Blank
Iron Blank Iron
= 16 iron balls
The musket can fire 40 metal balls before breaking, they have a longer range (30 blocks), and they do 7 hearts of damage.

Even though the screen is low-ish res, it would be great for my purposes.
