Why do you think you would be a good staff/build member?: I have worked on servers before so I thought I could try to help you with this one and the other servers I have worked on the creators said I did good on building.
Scenario: Player A & B are arguing and disturbing the game
environment, you are the only staff member online...What do you do?: I would ask them to stop if they didn't I would mute them for 5 minutes and then ten then i would ban them for a week for spamming.

What expertise can you bring to this server?: I can build large structures like houses and castles I don't ever world edit.
How can SpiritedRealms benefit from these expertise?:A good builder that you can trust if you don't then sorry for wasting your time.
Gaming Ninja destroyed the farm i made and killed me so i was kicked out of creative please ban him because he also killed Damama and you can ask Damama.

1.If someone was hacking? I would tell him to stop and if he didn't stop i would suspend him for a few days then if him did it again then i would have to ban him.
But the rules are totally up to you because i will be a great staff member.
