posted a message on Detect which way a player is facing?

Is it possible to detect which way a player is facing using the testfor command. Like, if he's facing in the positive x direction or the negative z direction or vise versa.

posted a message on How do I teleport an entity within a radius of a specific player from a command block?
Turns out you can use the UUID of an entity as a name. /say @e[r=5]

posted a message on Can you use the UUID to teleport entities in 14w03b?
I'm trying to teleport one of four specific Minecart Command Blocks. I'm having trouble differentiating between them in the command blocks. I was thinking, is there some way to use the UUID (given when you type /say @e in the chat and hover over the name with your mouse) to teleport the specific minecart command block? Or maybe you can differentiate using teams, now that you can add an entity to a team. ( /scoreboard teams join <TeamName> @e[type=MinecartCommandBlock,r=5] )

posted a message on How do I teleport an entity within a radius of a specific player from a command block?
I want to use a command block to teleport MinecartCommandBlock 4 blocks in the positive x direction from the player the MinecartCommandBlock was closest to before the proposed teleportation.

    I was thinking something like:
    /tp @e[type=MinecartCommandBlock,{@p[name=Player_Name,r=2]}] ~4 ~ ~

I need a list of radius constrain syntax or other smart idea to do the same thing.

The reason I'm doing this is because there are going to be four players in this map with four different MinecartCommandBlocks.

If nothing works, an alternative method might be to teleport specific MinecartCommandBlock entities. They each have names or identifiers I know that. Something like "3719dc93-2ec0-4150-a599-3ef71effc208"

I also know you can add them to teams like:
    /scoreboard teams join <TeamName> @e[type=MinecartCommandBlock,r=5]

posted a message on Nether Villages
    Quote from elfdemon101

There should be villages in the nether. I know this topic has been suggested many times, but my idea is a little different. The villages would look just like overworld villages, but would be made up of netherack. The farms would be made of soul sand and nether wart. Also, the villagers would be Pigmen. Not Zombie Pigmen, but just Pigmen. They would be friendly and act just like villagers from the overworld. They would also trade unique items with you. Zombie Pigmen can infect the normal pigmen and turn them into more Zombie Pigmen. You could cure them just like you would with Zombie Villagers. There are a lot of Zombie Pigman in the Nether, so it would be hard for the Pigmen to get away. To fix this, the Zombie Pigmen wouldn't spawn near the villages, and can't break doors.
Sorry there are no pictures. It didn't let me use them. I am new to this forum and don't know how to change the title. Can someone help me?

I will get some concept pics up for you, old pal, and include directions on how to do so.

posted a message on Wither Skeleton MCEdit
    Quote from Kel007

You can make a monster spawner that spawns wither skeletons by giving them the tag: skeletontype:1 (like with NBT editors or something).

    The entityID is still "Skeleton".

Hey, how did you get that score on the creeper apocalypse quiz? I was wondering if you might tell me.

JUST GIVE ME THE DOWNLOAD LINKS OK? MABEY
    THAT WILL HELP

Also, if you don't know how to install it correctly, here is how:

    1. Place both folders on your desktop
    2. Open the folder named "Sphax PureBDCraft 64x MC13" (Note, mine says "64x" because i downloaded 64x64 resolution. Yours might say any of "512x", "256x", "64x", "32x", or "16x")
    3. Open the Tekkit folder (It will probably be named "Sphax 64x Tekkit SMP Latest v" or something.)
    4. Drag ALL of the contents of the Tekkit folder into the "Sphax PureBDCraft 64x MC13" folder, and click [For Macintosh] Apply to all, and don't replace. [For Windows] Make sure it doesn't replace anything.
    5. Now you should have 4 folders left: Armor, GUI, Item, and Terrain left in the Tekkit folder. Open each of the pre-listed folders one by one, finding the folder with the same name in the "Sphax PureBDCraft 64x MC13" folder, and draging the contents from corresponding folder inside the Tekkit folder, to the corresponding folder inside the "Sphax PureBDCraft 64x MC13" folder.
    6. You can ignor the now empty folders inside the Tekkit folder and the "pack.txt" and delete the entire Tekkit folder.
    7. Now go into the "Sphax PureBDCraft 64x MC13" folder, and select all of the contents. Right click something that has been selected, and press [For Macintosh] "Compress 41 items" [For Windows] "Add to Archive" or something.
    8. Drag the resulting .zip or .rar file into your texture pack forlder in the techniclauncher>tekkit>textureacks folder.
    9. Viola! Your texture pack should now work!

hope this helped, please vote this comment up for other users to see!

    Apologies. Here they are:
    Tekkit Addon: http://tama63.co.uk/tekkit/?onefour
Sphax Texture pack (Choose 1.3.2, ok?): http://bdcraft.net/download-purebdcraft-texturepack-for-minecraft

Remember to choose the same resolution between packs, OK?

posted a message on Weird Tekkit problem...
You have the wrong texture pack. Chances are, you have Sphax PureBDCraft, and have installed the latest version. If this is true, you should reinstall your texture pack with the Tekkit version (1.2.5). The correct configuration for Sphax is the tekkit texture pack add-on, then 1.3.1 or 1.3.1 Sphax texture. NOT the 1.4.1 or 1.4.2 textures. Aslo, be sure the Tekkit add-on and the texture pack are both the same resolution. If you chose 64x64 for your full Sphax texture download, make sure you chose 64x64 for the Tekkit add-on. I hope this helped, and good luck!

What is the correct forum? And Thank you!!! I didn't think of downloading the 16x16 version. And don't worry, I don't want to mass produce it, just personal reasons.
