I think he might be referring to white briefs.

Your skins are alright, but I personally think you put too much noise in them. With the amount of pixelations the game uses, noise becomes too much after a small level. But that's just my opinion. I'm only one man with few posts. :tongue.gif:

You can swim in it if you're invulnerable. And creep doesn't kill you or catch you on fire. :|

I think I might go and try to make a SC1 version as well. Good luck. ^.^ Any clue what I'd call mine? Due to the copyright stuff?

Oh, and what resolution are you making yours?

I don't think you should have lava as creep. You can't exactly swim (or drown) in creep. I'd just make mud creep, or even make the snow biome a zerg biome. Mud slows movement though, which I think would be fitting on creep.

    Here's what I had:

It's not very good, I'm sure you can do better. ^.^ The model doesn't contain his underside, so I just winged it.

posted a message on Minecraft Creative Server - Failed to connect
I have my server created and the command prompt thing running.
    It doesn't show any errors.
I attempt to join my server. It says "Connecting.." for about 20 seconds and then gives the following error:
    Failed to connect
You failed to connect to the server. It's probably down!

I've googled and searched all over, all I'm seeing is something about updating Java, forwarding ports, and skype interfering. I exited Skype completely, I believe I forwarded to the ports (I once got an alpha server running, so that shouldn't be the problem), and Java is at the latest version. Any idea what else could be wrong? My friend tried to join as well with the same result.

I got confused reading it. I'm not sure what you mean with the Netherworld being repositioned.

Would that even be a problem? Not sure I can explain it very well, but I guess this'll have to do:

    Earth:
    ------|- -------| -------- --|--|-- -------- -------- -------- --------
    Netherworld:
    ||-|----

    If that explains it.

I'd love it, but it seems it'd be very difficult to code.

So, just my idea on how to fix it.

Slip-gate can be built wherever naturally. But on the other side of the game, in the Netherworld, it would start directly in the X/Y equivalent position, but the Z position would be at the highest position connected to the primary surface. Same way for the other way around. This would make it so no matter where on the Z point you put it, you'd be teleporting to the same portal. If it were in lava, it's spawn 1 block above above the lava, thus, you can simply make a bridge to another location. It would check for any portals on that Z axis, and if there are any, it'd just port there, otherwise it'd create one.

Pretty simple fix imo. This would disrupt the ability to create multiple portals on multiple levels of a Z axis, but I'm certain people would rather have this than the current way it works. Any problems I may have missed?

Discovered where I am. 'Home' is where my portal should be, where I entered it. 'Me' is my approximate location. The exit portal is around 'Me'.

Ignore the random blocky splotches, I'm assuming that's Cartograph as it's not updated.

As you can see, I'm not even in the right area. :\

I'm also having this problem. I went through, killed a couple pig-men, was chased by a Ghast, ran in, and I'm a short way underground, in front of a waterfall.

I think he shouldn't have rushed this update, I hear your items disappear at death, my respawn point changed, portals aren't working, he didn't get the torches changed, and probably more is wrong.

posted a message on Different Spawn Point?
So I was working on gathering obsidian for a while before the patch, was a pain, but I got a bunch of it. (This is also a time where I found out how amazingly durable a Diamond Pickaxe is) Well, post-update comes around, I already had the big rectangle stacked up in my basement. Well, I go in, don't see any Ghasts. After a little bit, I see a pigman with a sword. I walk up to him and strike him, unaware of how much damage he's capable of. I die shortly after.

So, now I'm respawned, I look around, it's a beach, as I'm used to. But... it's different. The colors seem darker. And the terrain seems quite different. I'm getting worried. So I break out the trusty Cartograph and, aside from some weird splotches (which I expected, as this IS post-update), most of the map's the same. Then I look at the bottom right... a new area. I start walking in the direction I think MAY be the way home, but I'm lost. So the spawn point must have been moved.

tl;dr: Went to hell, died, spawned somewhere else, lost.

How do I find my way home? And is there any way to put the respawn back?
