If people were willing to think for themselves, these types of issues would not even exist... unfortunately for many, this is not the case...

Everything has to have a positive/negative balance... this even applies to content already in game... take the creeper for example:

    Good:
    - provides a challenge
    - makes caving/traveling at night/storing valuables dangerous/risky
    - adds character to the environment
    - ect...

    Bad:
    - blows up items/blocks
    - damages armor
    - damages health
    - ect...

It is all risk vs. reward... it is what mentally drives our very lives... a creeper encounter can result in disappointment, satisfaction, fear, relief, ect... either a good or bad reaction/emotion, but never always only good or only bad.

If only good, the reaction's/emotion's effect weakens, until no stimulation results.
If only bad, the aspect becomes unbiasedly hated, and can result in the overall dislike of the game.

(this particular scenario only pertains to those who enjoy survival minecraft on easy+ difficulty... in any other gamemodes the creepers are irrelevant... this example was not intended to pertain to all people, which could be extremely difficult to accomplish at a satisfactory level, if not impossible...)

posted a message on Minecraft Sexism...
On the forums lets just assume most people don't read nor care about your signature. Lets also realize that political correctness is designed by those looking for ways to take offence at as much as possible so that they can prey of emotions for political gain, and thus as no place in the lives of decent human beings. Lets also realize that the proper pronoun in the English language for a human of unknown/unimportant gender is "he".

Conclusion: This is an English forum. "He" is the proper term for you for those who don't care/know your gender. Also, considering the state of respect given toward women in general on the internet, your asking for trouble posting your gender. The kind of people worth interacting with on here wont care.

Again, in game, keep your gender anonymous if you can, it'll save you the hassle.

Personal Opinion Notice: Posting that your a "feminist" will get you a lot of hate, misguided and legitimate. Sadly, most people, or at least those most vocal/given attention, who clam to be feminists now days, are not for equality. I think that the name "feminism" was chosen poorly in the first place, do to potential meaning differences. But aside from that, the term has been stained, in the same way the Nazis stained the swastika. There will always be a large portion of people who will immediately dismiss you because of this, meaning your making it harder than needed to improve the sate of society. I myself am pro-equality, but I will admit to questioning the legitimacy of anyone who calls themselves a feminist. I won't support support such a person until I can truly be sure of their motives. In fact, I will be straight forward with you; I question your motives simply based on the fact that your offended some called you he on an internet forum.

selfish and ungrateful? How is making a forum post about being sad about eula make them selfish? and as said before capes aren't game changing, there cosmetics which is aloud.

Point: Capes have and intrinsic value. Freely available capes such as ones provided by mods diminish/abolish aforementioned value. There is no argument here. Don't believe me?

We have a lot of fun making cool capes for extra-special members of our community and Minecon attendees. We’d like to keep them as exclusive as possible. So, yeah, no capes please, even if you’re giving them away for free. [Source]

Oh, look, intended exclusivity resulting in value.

Remember that capes are the exception to this rule – you are not allowed to give them away or sell them. [Source]

    Oh, look, again, not allowed.

Oh, and your absolutely selfish because you want to be given what you didn't earn.

Stop complaining, you are so selfish and ungrateful. From the very beginning the capes were meant to be gifts to the people who attended events such as Minecon. The cape mods and what not belittled theses gifts and made them valueless. So Mojang took it upon themselves to legally tell you to suck it up and stop "stealing" from these people.

Just as players have no right to complain that I payed $10 for minecraft in Alpha and they payed $25 after release, you have no right to complain about capes.

This looks awesome. A mod I would totally use even on "vanilla" saves. :D

I like this idea, though not a fan of the scarab's use. Maybe a rare high value trading item for villagers? I do like the idea of biome variety for monster. Would make the world feel more "alive". Support.

    Thread in question: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/off-topic/computers-technology/2138975-solved-dark-games-look-black

My original title was "Dark Games Look Black".

After I solved the Issue, I renamed it to indicate as such. I committed a typo(curly brace) and the title I entered was "[Solved} Dark Games Look Black". I didn't notice until I submitted and the title was missing. I fixed the typo, resulting in a title of "[Solved] Dark Games Look Black" and the title worked as expected.

I will test on this post as well, following the same steps.
