Find someone who bought Gift Codes before today, if someone bought a Gift Code on say, the 19th, I believe that that code would create an Alpha account, even if you used it months from now.

A lot of people don't seem to understand when Notch meant you have to pay for new EXPANSIONS
It means that if he decided to make Minecraft: Cataclysm, you have to pay for it but people who have alpha don't. If you buy the game in Beta you don't have to pay $25 for each new bug fix.

It is too bad that Notch did not appear in your map or else you would have found it. Remember he said more rare than staff cloaks and there are a constant number of employees and the number of things that appear in game are variable unless there is a global counter between everyone's game files that limits the appearances of this new rare thing to be less than the number of employees. So it is most likely an item that only Notch can have.
Of course, you may just be thinking too hard about what he said.

I doubt the egg thing is the really rare thing, mainly because it isn't very rare at all, and because he's already explained the eggs do it before, so I'm not sure why he'd talk about it like it were some secret thing.
How do you guys feel about me converting my old Minecraft Scientific Foundation forums [which NOBODY in the MSF seems to be taking advantage of except for me...] into an Art of War forum? Would you guys be interested... or should we just stick to minecraftforum.net?
I've been toying with the idea of starting up a new clan. People who have positions already in the War Room at the MSF like Head of Naval Operations would retain those titles. We could make the old MSF forums the new clan forums... I'll start drawing up the plans for a clan and if you guys like the idea I'll post it up and it'll be official.
I know we have the potential to be great.
