so basically, in a snapshot they had a "reload chunks" button which i really liked, because sometimes i get chunk errors, as anyone does with a piece of **** computer
people play minecraft with piece of **** computers it just happens and we payed for it just like you did.
so after one snapshot they removed it calling it "useless"
that pissed me off honestly since it was clearly not useless ESPECIALLY with 1.3
i just started a world and a chunk wasn't even solid, like literally you could fall down the world
and aside from that, when i generate a new world it is about 60% unloaded chunks until my character is right on the chunk, it's less smooth if anything and if they kept the "reload chunks" button on r or whatever it was it would basically be a huge solution to this, atleast temporarily while the chunk loading sucks because let's face it, they ****ed minecraft. but beyond that it is still really useful for when chunk errors do occur because it completely gets rid of them i think
what makes me angry is they don't even play their game enough to know it's actually useful and it was as i said, retarded to remove.
i think they should bring it back because its an insult to their own intelligence and ours to call it "useless"

There would be some puzzles, monster killing and the occasional parkour. I think it's not an easy map to finish but the map is short enough to make a 1 hour video about it. Start by playing it in the "Tiny" view distance, it will change as you progress to the map. Set your difficulty to Normal, or Easy if you are not good at monster killing. When you get the book you can read it, if you want to read the legend and random stuff I put there. Hope that everyone who will play it would enjoy it! Best played with 1-3 players. Since I'm accomodating CaptainSparklez's team too.

Edit: Halfway through now, loving it so far!
The hidden locations are awesome.
Only problem, was that I don't know if I'm going the right way to follow the story, or going off on a side adventure.
If you distinguish the difference of these it would be the best adventure map I've played!
The rule book says to follow the stone brick road. Pretty simple to follow the story.

One Of The Best Maps I have ever played. I just have a couple of things that may need fixing/changing:
~Add More Parkour into the map.
~ Please add more questions to the quiz
~Fix some traps, as I found that some of the teleportation was way 2 buggy
~The command blocks went too quickly, slow them down a bit
The overall map was incredible. It kept me hooked from beginning to end. I loved the last part (Especially the Blacksmiths)

That was strange. Wait! Barts last name was Almond.
Basically in the end, It turns out a guy who wanted you dead tried to shoot you, but then you got sent through time because 'something' saved you. Bart instantly figured this out, and tried to build a compouned to find you again. You eventually finish up at the village and you find now 80 year old bart there. Your still 18. The end. You can kinda build up the rest. The Parkour and everything thre map is now is just security measures, you should have more challenges with the actual room, with you uncovering more and more things.
Will def play more of your maps! -

Yet another situation where I reckon Thorns should have Knockback as well. Knockback X tiny slimes, heheh. -

I'm rather enjoying doing it this way without the coords. When they are there, even protected by a spoiler, you just want to look...it's inevitable. Like that zombie spawner near the village. I've been hearing it but I haven't found it yet. If the spoiler was there I won't be able to hlep myself and that's what I was aiming to avoid with this seed and thread. What I am doing:
I am creating a NEW map.
The type will be CTM (Complete the Monument)
This genre of maps was started (AFAIK) by Vechs: http://www.minecraft...hostile-series/
Basic Info:
The map SERIES will be called Caverns Of Doom.
The first map will be named Not-So-Peaceful Caverns.
It will be Medium-Hard difficulty
The map format of whatever its called is Linear Branching
LOL Im NOT making this map with SPC,MCEdit or any world editor.This is 100% done in VANILLA Minecraft.
The map will probably take AGES to finish

I will try to maintain the map (and Forgotten Memories) as much as possible.
