Just what the title says. Is there some sort of glitch that spawns an ocean monument above water?

And, in all honesty, I've tried other sites. My audience still isn't huge. Because of the multiple accounts thing, I have about 10-15 mods for each account, and at this point everybody still thinks they are different people. IF there was some way to convince the Nexus moderators to let me back in, they'd permaban me again for having 6 accounts. My current Nexus account is hosted by a friend whom I just email the mods and screenhsots to. And maybe I will have my own website. But I'm not concerned with that. My focus is how abusive Nexus moderators can be. I doubt the site owner does anything about it. The main Need for Speed mod site has gotten flak because a lot of India-based IPs upload malware. A smaller NFS mod site has been picking up because of the flak. Until Nexusmods gets flakked, there's no other site that's going to pick up any time soon. People upload to the Nexus because SO MANY PEOPLE go there. It's pretty much instant exposure.

What on earth did you do? It seems like there are practically no rules. xD If you were banned for an unfair or objectively stupid reason I would say to keep at it. xD

I was mistakenly banned for trolling when in fact I was honestly expressing my opinion.

And you're right. I've been a member (through multiple accounts) of the Nexus for close to 8 years now. The main antagonists of that site is...Well, all of the moderators, really. The whole site needs to be redone. The moderators are getting bored. They all need to be removed and replaced.

Why don't you just make a new Nexus account? They've already banned you, so what do you have to lose? If you're really worried then there are guides on how to reset your IP address, or you could use a proxy to access Nexus. I'm not an expert on those or anything, but. To be honest, I don't think most sites would keep track of your IP unless they really, really don't like you, so you probably don't need to go that far. Just use common sense and don't upload the same mods you did before, and stay away from the forums. xD

There are only 191 mods and the last one was created in August, so I wouldn't say Curse is very active. xD

They blocked 6 different IPs that I use, most of them are public IPs like Starbucks. I've already had 5 accounts banned.

According to Wolfram Alpha, the Curse network gets more hits (pings) p/s than Nexusmods. I've been...disallowed...from the Nexus, and can't return unless I want to be immediately "disallowed" again. So I wanted to know, how busy is the Curse Skyrim mod site? I have an epic player home I want to share but I've been "disallowed" from the top mod site on the Internet. Again, I want to upload my mod to Curse.

Just a general reminder to everyone discussing this: Be nice and respect other people's opinions. Some people like to use mods, others do not. Both are perfectly reasonable stances to take as everyone likes different things. It is no different than some people preferring single player or multiplayer, Survival or Creative, Minecraft or Terraria. Personally I love modding just about every game except Minecraft for some reason, but that doesn't give me the right to harass someone who likes modding Minecraft or dislikes modding Skyrim. Just because you like or dislike something doesn't mean you have to bicker with other people about it.

Amen, with the Minecraft Bible in hand.

The only mod I've tried was More Player Models 2, and frankly 1.8.8MC is like 4.1.2 android - being incredibly stable and usable with minimal glitching and error, while having good overall performance. I'll try to stay away from Minecraft for a bit. My posts here generally pick up when I play.

I waited so long for this to happen! I'm surprised I could even list 10.

    1. Yoshi.
I consider her the critics of critics, without her (and some common sense) critiquing wouldn't be the same without her and her amazing thread.

    2. Therasis.
Honestly, if you're going to mention Yoshi, you have to mention Therasis. Without her thread, critiquing also wouldn't be the same without her, listing everything wrong with every suggestion, as if she wasn't already part of CinemaSins. And she's always there to pop up in arguments like bubble wrap.

    3. Cerroz.
    Senpai-Cerroz is kawaii-desu!
In all seriousness though, I respect Cerroz as a great critic, his responses are always posted when necessary and straight to the point, with a hint of sarcasm to add that really ties in well.

    4. Badprenup
The best thing about him is that he's not just a critic, he's a moderator. So whenever he's on, he's ready to pull out his "Lock Card" when he needs to. But other than that, he posts on a variety of suggestions most of the time.

    5. Shaddura
Basically like me, but is more formal and aggressive, and posts on a more wider range of suggestions.

    6. AThingWithAThing
It was hard deciding who would be 6, but AThing was one to come into mind. His LennyFace is a good luck charm and something to fear from when he critiques.

    7. Broccoli
One of the first critics I can remember, and has become more gentle when responding. Posts quite much and are as formal as any respectable critic.

    8. Xsystem
We don't see him much of the time, but whenever he critiques it's like listening to canary sing.

    9. TheMasterCaver
95% of the time I have no idea what he is saying, but what I do understand is that he is very familiar with the game and he always prepares a long speech about his suggestions.

    10. Teesee
We rescued Teesee from the depths of the nooby poster pit...and has now joined our ranks....
He's starting off quite well, he's got the fetish to provide tons of bad suggestion, excuses, and presentation ideas for Therasis to add, and that alone is a great since he was added to the Contributors list at a rapid pace. He's a good example of what good can come from newbies that started off just like him.

I shall frame this on my wall of inspiration.

When I make suggestions I always hear "post additional details in the original post". Sometimes I don't always do that, and the people who remind me aren't always nice about it. But keeping all of the suggestion content in a single post is also a good idea. Endergirl00 and I have had our heated moments, but more or less she does a good job of pointing out the holes in suggestions.

Build something your world requires... an automatic farm.. seek out a rare animal.. a common building that's useful... try an artsy building just to see if you can do it... alter the building with your own changes. Further, I agree with the implementing of mods ideas; configure useful mods, test them, enhance their code, etc. Maybe you can do a Google search for a type of server that might interest you. Having found said server join their communication platform, whether it's Mumble, Ventrillo or TeamSpeak. Jumping into these comms can make it feel like you're in a type of LAN again.

    Good luck,

I've actually been heavy into Skyrim lately but over at their main mod site (the Nexus) this is the fourth time I've been banned (for ban evasion). The first time was a mistake on their part. I'm not going to go into it. I really enjoy the modding aspect of Skyrim, and one of the reasons I've been playing Skyrim is because I get a better framerate at 1366x768 in Skyrim than Minecraft. It's 60 in Skyrim vs 30-45 in Minecraft. I haven't touched Minecraft in months. When is Story Mode released?

The only time I'm not bored with Minecraft is when I play on LAN with 3 or 4 other people. Other than that, I have no motivation to play.

Can someone help me with this?

I'm not "professional" but contrary to popular belief on this forum I like to help people. I'll take a look at it and see what I can do!

Edit: I feel really bad going into your world. It looks really good already, and I don't want to potentially mess it up. Why don't you write a poem on a book in-game and stick it in a chest for her to find, or something like that?

The screen not showing anything with only that second stick in is a good sign it's either dead or not properly inserted. Though it should be doing the same thing with both in.

The screen flickers horizontal bars from time to time. I seriously can't afford a new laptop atm. So one of the RAM sticks is dead? I mean, it powers on but the screen doesn't. I'll fiddle some more with it later.
