For some reason I had the feeling to look up this old forum. I can't believe how long it's been since Convicted was open in its glory days. Its like a whole part of me is missing sometimes when I think about it. Yes the server was truly one of a kind and I don't think it can be replicated but, I played for the community. Even though most people probably hated me. I just can't get over the time I spent here and how much fun I had. Steam
Well I decided to take a little bit of time before I go to bed to say that I am TERRIBLY sorry for being so inactive. It's been extremely hard for me lately to get anything done, especially Minecraft. My school has been introducing new curriculum that is far more advanced than what I expected. Along with that we had to rework our schedules for testing meaning a more strenuous day. After school I then have to go play tennis. What would expected to be an enjoyable weekend was also miss-thought. I am usually having to do projects for clubs at school or am working on something in Boy Scouts. I already have my Eagle but am working on some extra things that go along with it. I just wanted to stop by and say I am so sorry for being inactive. Hopefully within a few weeks, tennis will be over and we will swap back to our original schedules. I miss every single one of you and hope for the best.
Just wanted to say thank you to everyone, I won't let you guys down. As to final arrangements for my top floor, I have not yet decided. For my stuff, I am going to keep as memories of my Alpha days. Again, thank you everyone! I'm so glad to be a Warden of this amazing server!
Ok now all jokes and crap aside. Congratulations. You are well deserving of the position and it is LONG overdue. When I finally found out who you were exactly and got used to the community, I looked up to you. I look up to a few people on this server but it was something about you. You have true helpfulness and a kind heart. I knew you would get warden. I know you will do an amazing job and will fit right in. I have always wondered since I have been here when the day would come. I have waited and waited, and of course, I missed it. I am going to lead off of what raged posted from penguii right quick. I dont want to talk about the armor or anything else. That should not change. What i do want to talk about is the "other". Reading over it, I really think that it wouldn't be a bad idea for guards to have a /kit opple or /kit apple or something along those lines that gives us 10 enchanted golden apples. Now these apples need to be coded the same way that the potions are. You cannot drop, sell, put in a chest, drop them after death, or take them away from your inventory in anyway other than eating them. The golden apples are expensive to make and take time out of guarding to mine or get the money to make these apples. This is time that should, could, and would be spent guarding if we didnt have to buy them or make them. These opples are also crucial in fighting and I believe would help with the recent spike in lag to keep guards from dieing. This isn't a whole lot to ask and would be easy to be created and coded ( I think but I don't code sooo.....). This is something that should seriously be thought about and I hope that anyone else can add their opinion or addition to this idea.
EDIT: this could also be the stupidest idea you have ever seen. I just came up with this and thought I should share it here.
Just wanted to note that I made myself a smexy new achievement Signature!! Anyways, the main reason I came on here was to say that it is exam week this week and next week. (boooo) I will be on sorta the same lately but after exams its BREEEEAAAAKKK and then CRIMAS so I will be super active. Past experiences: I have lots of experience in this genre and helping with a server. I was a admin on a small vanilla server for a while before it was taken down due to lack of funds, I have also helped a friend build a server that he has yet to put up, I was a builder on a small prison server that was taken down because the owner disappeared and didn't pay, I am currently a guard on Convicted and Killion.
What will you do if someone is caught hacking:? If I see someone hacking (if I have time) I will turn on my screen recorder and record them for a few minutes, or take lots of screenshots, and examine to see if they really are hacking. If they are and I can clearly tell then as a warden I would promptly ban them.
How many hours a day can you play?: It depends to be honest. I am on most days for about 3 hours as soon as I get home from school and at night after I have finished my homework. On the weekends I am usually free if I am not camping. If you need me to be able to contribute more time then I might be able to work out something different.
I hope that you can see that I will be a very valuable asset in your server and that I will be able to serve along side you as warden as we create it.
Hello. I just wanted to say real quick while I had the chance, I meant to post this about 2 days ago but didn't have the time. I am sorry that I have not been on recently. This week and next week are my exams at my school and I really need to focus on them. I hate to say it but I will not be on the server long (if at all) due to me having to work on them. Honestly, it's not because I don't want him to be a guard. If anything I support him, I just want him to put a bit more effort into his app. I can't see any ways that this is good. Can you help me out here and tell me what good you saw in his app?
The thing that I saw that made me rec him is that he has been a good friend of mine. I know that he won't abuse and I just think that he will be a good guard. Also I do think that the app was short and he didn't put a lot of effort into it and it should be revised. Not all of what you should think about when looking at a guard app is the guard app itself though. You have to think about what they are like in game. Are they annoying? Are they Abusive? Are they kind to others? The point I see in a guard app is to draw people to read it and learn a little about you that you wouldn't know in game and need in the app then go in game and see how you act there. I thought that he would do a good job. He's also active. He won't just get guard and leave. This is all based upon opinion. I based it off of mine. You base it off of yours. I am fairly good at PVP and have a few tricks up my sleeve. I don’t want to lose a fight and will do a lot just to be able to win because I know how important it is. I have been practicing on and off on my PVP skills recently and am improving still. With this I believe I will be a better guard.
One of the last things that I want to mention in my application is that I know how to handle different situations with how people will react to the guarding rules. I know what to say and when to say it. I also know when things need to be explained and when you just need to ignore them and move on. It’s a hard part of being a guard but you must know it.
I have read through the rules again since typing this and have refreshed my memory on them. I understand them fully and have no doubts on what to do as of now. I believe that I have what it takes to be able to handle guard again.

9) What is your current prison rank? Do you understand that we will require a screenshot of this when/if you retire from guard?: My current prison rank is [Free] and I do have a screenshot of me at free spawn just incase I need it.
