I wan't to join this server because it got all the things im looking for in a server, most of all the roleplay and the splending lore. Like every one else im also sick and tired of the scrubs from regular servers, so im looking forward to play and have fun with decent people.

I went to school as a boy and learned basic arithmetic like any other person in . At the age of 14 my parents pulled my brothers and I out of school and put us to work in their mines. They owned a largely known company called "Deep Ore", in which their workers would mine for them and the materials would be shipped out to all different cities. We all worked for four years until their was an accident in the mines. The roof collapsed and crushed all of my brothers except my closest brother. Our parents blamed the collapse of the company on us for being in the mine that day. They did not care much for us, we were just their tools of labor. After all of this, at the age of eighteen my brother and I left our house and decided to live on our own.
We spent years in the woods as hunters but we were not living well. We were always hungry and short on food. Every once in a while people would break into our house and steal while we were away. We decided enough was enough so we became thieves. This did not last long because we got what we wanted pretty quickly. We left our life of crime behind us and became salesmen. All we did after this was travel city to city selling items we mined, or meat we hunted. We became very talented hunters using our weapon of choice, the bow. This is the life I live now, as I do not know where my brother went one night not too long ago.

Well, there is one city and two town/villages that are described as much as they could be. The server isn't even open yet so there really is nothing to describe until the players actually occupy the said city/town/village. So if you think the lore is boring, and you don't want to read it, then why join an RP server that has boring lore? It's an RP server and RP servers are about their lore. So if you don't care for the lore then don't care about the server. I'm sorry it wasn't more to your liking.

Backstory (More than 5 sentences): Magneus was born into a rather... strange family, his parents were stubborn and fought all the time, his grandmother lived with them too because his grandpa died and the other elves took away her property because she didn't have a job to pay it off, his parents have suggested divorce multiple times but haven't done so, they end up having sex and working it out, then an hour later they would start fighting again. Magneus had a pretty horrid life for the start of it, he was forced to work outside all day with farming and tending to his grandmother, he had taken a slight interest in magic and wanted to learn it, but he knew his parents wouldn't allow it, so he asked another elf to help him learn, he would secretly go away from the house to train with the man.
Magneus despised the humans so, he wished he knew enough magic to wipe then out, but Magneus knew that would be too hard for just him to do, he considered grouping up with a few of the local men to fight, but it was no hope.
Not too long from then his two parents died when a few humans were roaming the town, they were shouting offence's to the humans and so they were killed, his grandmother tried to raise him, but it wasn't too long for her as well before she passed, Magneus took it upon himself to find another family to live with, nobody wanted him in their family, but when he thought there was no hope for him to survive, his magic teacher brought him in, Magneus thought he was the nicest person there was in this town, he was given free lessons on magic and lived with him the rest of his life.
At the age of 20 Magneus decided to take off for himself, not knowing what might await him...

Adam was born an adventurous child. He was given a strong sense of wanderlust, going through anything he could find. And if he couldn't find anything useful to throw or bite, he'd crawl to another area, looking at all the shiny tools there. His father, Verrier, was a blacksmith, making a small fraction of the town's tools, and in turn only getting a small fraction of money. But Verrier, always made it through, always getting enough to support his family. He was proud of his son, even though he hoped for a boy with brawn, not brains, to continue on with the business.
By the time Adam was 11, he mapped out the entire underground caverns of Ashburton, selling his maps to knights, lords, and even kings. He didn't care about the money, he only wanted to wander, to explore, to adventure. But you can't live without food, so Ezreal bought life's essentials with his revenue, and usually gave away what he didn't need. When he turned 19, he was already a well respected man, and a potential husband to many of the girls waiting in line. Of course, Adam noticed none of this. All he does is explore, so why the need to settle down? Besides, he has the attention span of a goldfish. He wanted to adventure, and that was the way Adam lived. On the edge.

It's ok, just a few mistakes. You should have put Humans in what race you are, ethnicity is what human ethnic group you come from. So since you are starting in Ashburton I would think you want to be Casterian? Also, you can't make it "more" human. If you are human, it would have to be human completely. Unless you wish to be a halfling(Elf-human half-breed, falls under elven applications).
But, as it is these are very minor things and will be ok as long as you correct them in game. Accepted
Why do you want to join the server?: Looks like an interesting and immersive experience, and thus I wish to join this community and enjoy some role-playing with an able community. I also wish to be able to find a server to call home, a server that is stable and constantly interesting and thus am hoping to seek refuge in this place to see if it is the home I have been searching for.
What do you want in a RP server?: I want to be able to develop a character within an ever changing environment and compete for dominance whether it be polital or physical, I believe a still standing game that does not change is very dull, so I like to bring it up myself from time to time, to bring a little chaos and confusion for a short while and reap the benefits of my actions. Appearance: Turgon Séregon is a large, brutish nord and towers above normal men in size. His left eye is missing and his head is void of hair, although he has a thick brown beard that covers his jaw. Also he has a noticeable scar that drags along his back, other than that the only other noticeable thing about Turgon is that he wears barley anything apart from leather braces, boots and a small tribal wolf skin kilt. The reason for his clothing is simply because it’s convenient to fight in and was fairly easy to obtain if he needed another pair.

Backstory (More than 5 sentences): Turgon Séregon is a large, brutish, warrior from the north, who was raised in a simple village and was the son of a Blacksmith. As a child, from the days he could walk, he was taught that he must pull his own weight and be of use to the clan, thus he was taught the craft of Blacksmithing. Although Turgon’s true desire existed elsewhere, this was in perfecting his strength and becoming a great warrior, to bring honour to the Norse. Thus during his days, Turgon worked the blazing embers of his fiery forge and created weapons of expert skill from a young age, and during his nights he would sneak into the dark, shadow encrusted woods and practice his sword and axe skills, with weapons carefully handcrafted to perfection by none other than himself.
Soon the amount of time he would spend in seclusion, deep in the woods increased and his routine and dream, turned into a deep obsession, he even forgot the reason why he practiced with the axe and sword, and only felt the urge to do so. Then one fateful day, while tending to his blazing embers within the forge, a message came from a village elder and in this letter it told of how Turgon’s father had passed away in a duel with a younger warrior. Although this would seem something horrific and revenge worthy to other people, to the Norse this was a common event and was how many personal and family disputes were dealt with. Thus Turgon thought nothing of it and saw it as his father dying an honourable death.
Turgon, also seen this as a chance to leave the village and pursue a more free life, one of chance, glory and honour. This lead him to thinking that he would create tales of magnificent and awe inspiring battles, captivating legends and stories of unbelievable feats.
Thus with nothing anchoring him to the village, he left with whatever he could carry on his large broad back, and set off to create his own destiny.
After a few years, Turgon was found in an Order of Knights that claim to serve under some false Gods, but what was undeniable was their skill in the sword and is why you can pretty much guess why Turgon joined them, but as the world went on famine and plague ravaged the lands and even the Order he belonged to vanished within this maelstrom of events, so with no were to go and nothing to call his own but the armour on his back, he sought a new home and a new path to follow.
Thus his path for mastery has lead him to a new land and a new destiny and so he went to the lands his ancestors immigrated to many years ago to escape the famine and plague and just like they did, he now follows in their very footsteps to the lands of Darkahlen.
RP Example: Turgon: So you’re already trained in archery I hear? Well let’s see what you have in you, hit that target seventy five meters away and for God’s sake try and hit the middle.
Alros nodded gently, and drew back his bow an astonishing length that even the bow itself creaked under the pressure. He then released his hand and the arrow furiously penetrated the wind in a swift burst of amazing speed, in a mere moment the arrow hit on target and Turgon faced the instructor.
Turgon: humph, there I was expecting something special, any second rate archer in our units can hit the edge of a target like that, you’re dismissed.
Alros walked away into the crowed encampment and swiftly vanished from vision. Turgon walked towards the Target and stopped for a moment in awe, as the arrow had pierced through the target itself and followed straight threw into a tree which it had severely damaged.
Turgon: -A wickedly sinister grin grows upon Turgon’s face- To do this with a bow of that calibre requires a fair amount of talent...Heh, maybe I can shape that recruit into a fine archer just yet.

2. We are not even getting Mine & Blade Battlegear mod for the weapons, but for some other features(some of which he cancelled )
3. Both of these mods would require players to download to play on the server while our custom plugin only requires players to use spout ( and you don't even need to do that)
And for a few other misc. reasons. I hope this answered any questions you had.
I wouldn't worry - the taxonomical term for the elves is Olken (The human counterpart would be homosapien ) not sure what version of the Lore you read. We've got spoiler issues on the first post, so the actual lore is spread across the topic. The final, full version of the elven Lore I've posted somewhere on page 10. Hopefully that'll give you some insight.

This is a nicer application, but it has a few errors. There are a few spelling/grammar/capitalization throughout and number 3 is actually a referance from Monty Python and the Holy Grail and a joke. Please fix these errors and add a little more to your backstory please.

Well, there is one city and two town/villages that are described as much as they could be. The server isn't even open yet so there really is nothing to describe until the players actually occupy the said city/town/village. So if you think the lore is boring, and you don't want to read it, then why join an RP server that has boring lore? It's an RP server and RP servers are about their lore. So if you don't care for the lore then don't care about the server. I'm sorry it wasn't more to your liking.

Alright, your grammar and spelling seem pretty good. Or it would be if I could tell what wasn't copied and pasted. The Q&A is there to show that you read the lore, it's ok if you copy and paste from the lore on the first page, but if your just ripping it off of other player's applications then it doesn't even matter. If the lore bores you, then why join this RP server?

It's ok, just a few mistakes. You should have put Humans in what race you are, ethnicity is what human ethnic group you come from. So since you are starting in Ashburton I would think you want to be Casterian? Also, you can't make it "more" human. If you are human, it would have to be human completely. Unless you wish to be a halfling(Elf-human half-breed, falls under elven applications).
But, as it is these are very minor things and will be ok as long as you correct them in game.
