In this map you must run through several parkour courses with the world border on your tail. There are six levels of different colors, each with their own gimmick. There are also three difficulties; Normal, Hard, and NIGHTMARES. This map is very short, and will take you about 30 minutes to beat.

-No commands other than /kill
-Singleplayer only; multiplayer will probably break the map

Question,will you be adding food for all the classes in the next update? Because i had to resort to eating some of the score to keep my health up when i was doing the first level because i had no food to eat.
That's a good point. I had never really thought of that. When I was testing, I could find food in no time because I knew where most of the chests where. I'll fix that.
why would you make it so that there are features that you are ready to put in the map, but you won't put them in just because you don't have downloads. Also the contest isn't really a contest.... its getting people to do stuff for you. If you need help with something ask. Don't try to make it something it isn't so people will be more likely to do it...
The download thing was sort of like a prize. I wasn't planning on adding the features if nobody cared... Besides, this is my first map in a while, and I kinda wanted to see how the download thing would work.
I was kinda desperate for mob textures, but last time I did it, they didn't turn out so good.
Since I wasn't getting any results from the contest, I started to make my own. And they were actually pretty good!
Also, the music at the beginning doesn't work. im using the resource pack

Note: You can't punch levers and use them again if they are already on a golden block. Just so you know.
And you can't punch sand. Also, vegetables count as score, too.
Note: How do you use the shortcut in 2-3? Use the jump boost in 2-2, and then jump.
Edit: Sorry about the redstone thing. That was just an error. In the jar rooms, the chests gave you jump boost when you opened them. Sorry, I should have said that before.
Awesome work. This is the best Mario Bros map I ever tried. I made Let's play series of it. We had so much fun and we played already 1,5 hours and completed only stage 1 and first part of stage 2. Thank you.

I watched the let's play, and I liked it. You said you completed the first part of level 2. Can you show me where the second video is? Also, did you miss the last two cherries in the training area? If you did, that's okay. You can use cheats to go back there. There is a total of 20 normal levels, and a few extra levels. I'm glad you two are enjoying the map.
Edit: I found the 2nd video. Did you miss the key in the monster fighting room? If so, go back there and look up in all of the places in that room.
Edit: Even though you're not supposed to set spawn points, I'm okay with you doing that. Several objects that you find in the game, (including redstone torches, cobblestone, dirt, sand, ender pearls, and flint and steels) have to be removed upon death.
Oh and one more thing, in the last extra levels (4 and 5) some of the command blocks take you somewhere random or by it, like when you put every medal on the pressure plate, it takes you somewhere random in the air.
I'd see why. In making of those levels, they were not high enough, so I used MCedit to make them higher. But I forgot to change the command blocks when I did it... Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed the map! Don't forget about your score!
Alright, so now i'm on 3-3 and a highly reccomended thing is to NOT crash people's freaking games! When the lever says pull me, i dare you! Everything just crashes! Take that crap out! You don't want people to delete your map!
Oh yeah, I forgot about that! That's supposed to make the piston move, but send out a load of monsters. That would probably crash most peoples computers, I'm sorry. Fixing that in next update. Thank you for notifying me of that mishap.
Pretty good. I didn't really get the 1st puzzle, though. Could you make that more clear? The 5th puzzle was so obvious, it was funny. You should add more puzzles to the game.

I was in the last f*cking world and then I left and next time I came my whole inventory and alllll the chests in map were empy. RAGEQUIT > f YOU MINECRAFT GLICHES!!! I think it was the transition to minecraft 1.7.5...
Oh well, I can't even post the score now >.< BTW AnOddRadish this map was very fun and if you need any help in future with maps I would lie to help you build them and this reminded me a lot of that super mario galaxy map. You really need to do mario galaxy map! to you!

I'm glad you are enjoying your game. What works for me is to just make stuff up as I go along. Also, don't forget to submit your score once you're done! (I have Super Mario 3D World as well! I love that game!)

Actually you can. If you look through the hole into the cave where you need the redstone, (inside the cavespider room,) you can see another hole directly aligning your hole. Shoot an arrow through there. I'm sorry, I should have made that more clear. I'll fix that in the next update.
I got the resource pack to work, however, the music is still the same Minecraft music.... Sad, I wanted to hear some good ol' classic Mario 2/Mario USA music.
(Just so everyone knows, in Japan, Mario Bros. 2 is called Mario USA, because the Japanese had a different Mario 2 called the Lost Levels)
Yeah. I DID have that, but for some reason, it went back to normal before I posted this. Besides, I kinda wanted to have different types of music for each theme of level, rather than how it was on the SNES. (That would make it more interesting.) Like, maybe a desert remix of the overworld on the original game for the desert levels. If you know something that can provide that kind of thing, please notify me! It would help a lot! Is the game still okay?
