Why you'd be our best pick for this high-ranking position: I am very polite, mature and I can control my anger. I take decisions very seriously and I always think before I do anything. I respect all players and everyone is alike but when it comes to ranks it's different because higher ranks mean higher time online on the server and more experience. I want to try something new , something helpful and entertaining I really would like to try to apply and get to know each other in the community . If you are hesitating then just put me a trial for a short amount of time in any rank and maybe you will change your opinion about me, and even if I don't get accepted I will be happy because I have learned something new from a mistake that I made. I will stay be playing on the server because it is nice to get to know each other and have fun

Hello! This application will be a bit different, because I am applying for a rank that wasn't on there - Developer. Now I realise that this is a Vanilla server, meaning it won't need super complex plugins, but I personally feel that having a Developer would benefit your server for the following reasons:
- Better Quality Server
- Custom Plugins
- Better Configs
As I said above, you won't need super complex plugins. But maybe I could do some chat plugins for you? Or a /letter? Things like that I can help with. Though if you do feel you need a bigger plugin, let me know!

Experience: I have made plugins for some smaller servers, such as a plugin which gives you two different chat modes (changed by commands). Depending on your chat mode, you only see certain messages and your chat color changes. Another plugin I have made is a Molotov plugin. Whilst this comes with no commands, it adds in a custom crafting recipe and a custom item (a Molotov) which, when dropped), summons lightning and fire.
Why you want to be Staff on SimplyVanilla: Becuase I want to help a small server grow from the ground up. I want to see my skills benefit others for the good and I want to further my knowledge on programming. As I am only 12, I won't be as good as some professional Developers, but I feel my skills would suffice for this role.
Why you're the best contender for this position: As proven by the fact I am making this application I have courage and determination. Even though Developer wasn't a required rank, I still went for it and that says a lot about me alone. I also think I would fit this role better than any other person because I am mature. It's maturity that matters - age is just a number. I would get what you need done done, in an efficient and timely manner.

Experience: About a year and a half ago, I was part of a Professional building team, The Builders Coalition, in this we did payed commissions for large scaled builds, from massive worlds, to spawns and houses, in this we would be split into groups to do different parts on the project, I was usually in charge of layout, I would lead a team of builders to make templates for the rest of the builders to copy and spread throughout the world.

Why im the best contender for this position: I have great management, and some server rose from the rank pre mod - Co Owner, in a couple of months. I am also not to shabby and building and creating. If you would like some recommendations from other staff users, I can gladly provide. I'm also active at least 3 times a week, and if I am not within my computer, I use minechat to stay connected. Many people have vast and expansive knowledge of the game, and many wonderful people are highly skilled, but what i'm trying to do is just help out new minecraft servers. It does not matter for me if im the lowest contender, or get the lowest position, I would just like to help out.
Experience: I've owned a total of 2 servers in my past that were actually successful enough for the server to continue and motivate me to keep it up and more. I am willing to work good with others even if we do not always agree which will always happen at one point I will not childish or whatnot. It is currently summer so currently I have a lot of free time. I have lots of experience with coding/moderating/administrating for servers I joined minecraft in 2012 and been administrating servers for 3 1/2 of those years I have moderated on 2 servers, been a Jailer on 1, and Administrated for 1 and a Developed on 2. My work flow is very consistant when I am given a job I will not stop that project until it is complete and I feel that is why a lot of the servers I especially developed on liked me for that. I am extremely experience with worldedit,world guard...ect but I know there is no plugins so that does not really matter in this scenario but I know basically everything there is to know about command blocks.
Why you want to be Staff on SimplyVanilla: I've always had this interest in Vanilla SMP servers since the first time I laid my hands on minecraft on December of 2012 and have not lost an interest since. My first ever SMP I ever played on was the best experience was probably the best time I had when I first started I found this really great server I joined in the beginning with about 4 moderators and an admin who were Dutch I played on there for a long time and bonded and those people become some of my best friends that I talk to on a daily basis now they recently closed in 2015 because of the Owner not really having an interest in minecraft anymore it was completely vanilla and he was just having a hard time maintaining everything when he really didn't have the interest anymore and I did not apply for mod or anything I just got it from him because of how friendly I was towards others and it really sucked when it closed but I really want to move on to another SMP that I can hopefully find even more good friends on.
