Right, so you expect this guy to spend his time downgrading his mod to an outdated version of the game (even though 99% of mods have updated) when he could instead working on improving the mod and making it more interesting/fun.
This mod was initially released for 1.5. Developing and releasing a 1.4.7 version would be counter-progressive and pointless. People using the mod want new content, and the author's time and effort would be much better spent improving the mod than supporting an old version of the game.
Also lets say you cut down a forest and you want it back BAM it would completely regen a small area 50 by 50 ? and to keep people from duping (diamonds) it could be really rare or use a different kind of method to work a Generation "2" goo.
That still removes the need for rainbow goo. It would also be incredibly overpowered, because rainbow goo requires a goo portal in the world to work, but this doesn't.
yes but he has to change ids and if he dosnt add the new goos he has to postpone them. dont worry man like i said use mvc and you can use it it will happen when it happens.
The thing is, he doesn't want to play it on 1.4.6, because we're not on 1.4.6 anymore. It's in the past. We've moved on.
So ... since goo does not drop itself, only it's modifiers if non-plain, you have to place some grey down, let it spread until it gets big enough to make tumor, then start removing all the grey, letting tumor grow while removing all the grey, or at least enough of it to prevent new tumor, keeping an eye on the tumor as it grows to see when it turns into plague, finding and removing all the grey, which wants to spread fast, turning your world into a giant cavern hole, with the risk of darkness forming at the same time to make it hard to see what you are doing, and noticing when the plague has grown enough to make TGD, and then trying to kill off the plague as a few TGD is born, and then as the TGD grows you want to keep trimming it and just wait for the TGD to go inert, and finally get it all under control.
Right?
Yea, I'm not doing that in my overworld. No thanks.
Who said you had to do it in the overworld? The End is by far the safest place to do anything.
I just downloaded MultiMC because I have been looking for an easy way to downgrade for AGES. I was able to go back to 1.2, but I want as far as early alpha. When I select one of the MCNostalgia versions, it always fails. I tried a lot of different versions and not one worked. Do you have any idea how to fix this?
It's a problem with MCNostalgia's servers. It's not on Forkk's end or ours, so we just have to wait for the maintainer of MCNostalgia to fix it.
I agree. The level cap is rather pointless. If you have enough levels, why shouldn't you be able to use the anvil? At the very least, this restriction should be removed in Creative mode.

Does bone meal affect the magical crops? Also, how long does it typically take for a crop to reach maturity?
