How is this really considered "News"?
And is "Pink Sheep" some sort of discount version of Pink Guy from Filthy Frank?

Lol nope. You cant just dump your code and click a button to change the language.
You obviously don't understand how hard it is to create a mod, you probably don't have experience with it either. Even though creating a mod is hard, porting a mod is virtually impossible. Yes, it is a biggie, I'd say its over 50% of the MC community.
and then the mods they love would not exist in those games either so ... nobody is leaving and there's nothing stopping anyone from using legacy versions of Minecraft so it's an empty threat. But in all honesty, I've just tried both and the C++ version 'is' faster. If you watch some of the Minecon coverage, one of the devs is overheard saying 'its faster' and then he urges the guy to go to the Nether as a demonstration. The worldgen and chunk loading are definitely faster in the C++ version and that's probably my biggest gripe with Minecraft Java. If they release a cross platform C++ version with a mod API, I'll switch ... and imagine what mod authors will be able to do with the performance bump. Performance improvements and cross platform play are good things for Minecraft. And if they add a mod API, it's icing on the cake.
I'm not threatening anybody. I also never said it wasn't faster, I just stated that most people don't even know the differences between the two languages. There wouldn't be a modding API for the mods Minecraft currently runs, as even though the syntax of C++ and java are similar they operate very differently; one is procedural the other is object oriented. So any modding API would be useless as all the old mods wouldn't work.
It's surely a large amount of the fanbase. The most active part of MCF is the mods section, and most people would agree without mods Minecraft would be dead.
Many of you Morons are acting "OMG its in C++ it MUST run faster (even though I don't understand anything I'm saying)" will you miss out a huge point: Mods. No mods exist for this version, and the ones you all know and love wouldn't port over. Therefor, if Mojang even tries to push this version more than the PC there will be extreme backlash and many of the community may leave to similar games.
This is the dumbest thing ever. As a mod developer, I an say that this windows 10 version is a bad idea.So many users will flood the forum asking why forge isn't working and such and become a big problem. Secondly, this makes me think that the java version of Minecraft will receive less attention, as Mojang may start to work on the windows 10 version more, leaving us Linux users, Mac users, Java programmers, modders and more in the dust. Another major issue is the usage of C++. Using C++ is not recommended because it doesn't have the clean up Java does and doesn't run as well. Furthermore, All of the awesome mods that the community has created could fade away, removing a large part of the Minecraft fan-base. Anyone with half a brain can realize Minecraft for Windows 10 is a horrible idea.
"flying dinosaurs" do not exist. They are called pterosaurs.
Am I the only one noticing these pointless "community roundtables"? It seems just like lazy filler because Mojang hasn't released much information about 1.9. It's also lazy because you could have reviewed the mod instead of just showing an old, out of place video(seriously, the mod has changed very much). You could have also show some o the other awesome mods and redstone creations the community has created, but these roundtables seem pointless because you don't even respond to any of the things people have replied to you(yet).

The best officials on the subjects can't seem to make up their mind about what's happening, and they not only constantly adjust data from decades or over a century ago down or up to fit their newest stories, their disastrous predictions have consistently failed to come true.
Changes to GISS surface temperature from 2002 to 2014
I'd also like to ask why Al Gore, if he continues to rant about how the ice caps will have melted by (current date+20/15/10 years) ( http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/12/14/gore-polar-ice-may-vanish_n_391632.html ), he continues to fly around on a massive private jet, ( http://www.nationalpost.com/opinion/columnists/story.html?id=2489e0b8-3e57-40eb-9748-6c250d63c40d , http://www.breitbart.com/national-security/2015/01/20/1700-private-jets-fly-to-davos-to-discuss-global-warming/ ) hawks electric cars that produce even more airborne waste in the form of emissions from coal plants used to charge their batteries, or endlessly promotes inefficient solar plants and wind farms that use huge amounts of space and produce incredibly inefficient and irregular amounts of energy as opposed to nuclear or fission energy.( https://www.masterresource.org/wind-power/15-bad-things-windpower/ for an example on why wind is bad.)
I agree with you about how Al Gore is a hypocrite, but that does not mean that we are not changing our planet for the worse. even thought the data may be a bit skewey, its undeniable that CO2 levels are rising, along with ocean acidity levels. I also agree that fission is the way to go.

Ah, yes, global cooling.
Oh wait, they changed the name, didn't they? It's global warming now, right? When did 'climate change' become a thing, much less an actual threat?
huh. I knew there would be these people who disagree with some of the best officials on the subject because they simply don't agree with the idea.
I found this in the "tube heroes" google plus page:
these defiantly are unlicensed by mojang, as the characters are shaped and colored differently to avoid copyright. I'm not sure if they are licensed by the youtubers either. however, I completely disagree with the glorification of these youtubers. watching their videos may be interesting, but are they "heroes"? A Hero is a who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities.

No. Don't "take things into your own hands". the github is severely bugged, as is any github commit that isn't a release candidate. For each bug on there you want fixed, there are ~10 that are much worse. So just wait.

IIRC vultures without feathers on their heads only have no feathers because they don't want any off the disease or dirt from the carcasses they prey upon. From fossil evidence we can judge that many dromeosaurs, such as velociraptor, ate live prey(queue "Fighting Dinosaurs" fossil).

Wrong version of LLibrary. Don't download the orange button, use the grey one and make sure it says 1.7.10.

1. Tame them like tyrannosaurus.
2. They do eat on their own. Drop food or introduce prey to their environment.
3. We didn't intend for the wander glitch - like all glitches, it went unnoticed until release.

Dragons this young(they are newly hatched) cannot breath fire, however they will nip at animals that are hostile to their owner if they get close.
You can only carry 3 at a time. I tried 4 but it looked too cluttered.
