1. I have been Moderator, Admin or even Operator on many, many other servers and done a great job.
Whenever someone needs help, I will always help them out, no matter if i'm in a game or not.

3. Yes I do, I have been apart of many other servers. And I am always forum active, and Moderating forums.

4. Yes, I understand the punishments.

5. Well, I have good experience of being staff on servers, I have good grammar, I can type fairly quickly.
I don't abuse my commands, or fool around, I take my jobs seriously and I really focus on other players problems,
and questions.

Hypothetical Questions

1. I will help the person, that has the biggest problem, for example getting scammed a few diamonds.
The person that needs help, for example leaving or joining a game. I would most likely message him quickly how to do so.
Just so I can focus on the scam, and have more time to think what has happened or investigate.
So, really depends for me, if it's a really serious problem. I would help them first, if it's not that serious to figure out. I would
help out some others, while I listen to them explain what has happened.

2. I would tell the victim to calm down, and explain to him it was just an accident. Getting revenge is never the answer, and the
problem may escalate. The griefer, mistakenly broken a block, should be more careful. And shouldn't be looking through other
players houses, or bases.

3. If someone came in the server, Advertising and spamming. I would instantly ban.

4. If I am not comfortable doing this, I would tell another staff, or a higher ranked staff to help him, or to assist me.
If its something, along the lines of helping him grief, or build. I would just decline, and apologize.

5. I would warn him, that isn't allowed, and stop abusing your powers. While quickly finding a Administrator, or Owner to
come online, and fix this problem. While listing down the members he has banned, so afterwards we can unban these players.

6. I will tell them to read the rules, or instructions. If they cannot find them, i'll direct them to it, or just give them the answers.
Once he knows how to do everything, and understands all the rules. I'll explain to him, not to cause a pain in chat, just for help.

1. Can you provide your experience with moderating? Give examples: I was on a popular server once and worked my way up through the ranks of that server. The server has since shut down. I know most of the commands of Essentials.
2. Have you broken any rules of the server? (This can be checked): I apparently was banned from Survival once, but never knew why. A moderator lifted that ban recently but never told me why I was banned in the first place.
3. Do you have any experience with forums/forum moderation?: I have experience with Invision Power Board forums. Enjin forums not so much, but I am a quick learner.
4. Do you understand the punishments that coincide with the rules?: I understand most of them
5. Why do you think your best for this position out of all other people that have applied?: I am a very helpful member and know the limits. I am online very often and can be up late at night when most staff members aren't on. I also notice that not many staff members go on Creative and I see a lot of people breaking simple rules like No spamming and No caps.

- Hypothetical Questions -

1. You are the only moderator on and you have 10 people that need you at the same time.: I would look through the chat and help them in order of who asked first.
2. Two players are arguing, one of them has been griefed by the other. The victim is threatening to grief the player who didn't really grief but mistakenly broke a block. You are the only staff member online: I would attempt to calm the situation and talk to them seperately asking for their story. I would look into the issue and determine if any action needs to be done against either player.
3. A player comes on the server and is advertising and spamming chat: I would ask that player to please stop advertising and spamming. If the player continued to do so, I would ban appropriately.
4. A player needs help with something that requires you to do something you aren't comfortable doing: I would tell the player to wait a few minutes and I would contact an Admin about the situation.
5. You see a moderator abusing their powers banning players for no reason at all. What action do you take?: I would screenshot everything that happened and contact an Admin/Owner. I would then supply the Admin/Owner with the screenshots.
6. A new player is in spawn and constantly complaining about not knowing what to do: If the player is spamming, I would first ask him/her to stop spamming. if he/she continued, I would ban appropriately. If he/she stopped spamming, I would then attempt to teach the player the basics of the server or guide them to a member who can help.
