"Clay economy"? Well, that's weird termin.Quote from ThesaurusRex84
I have to say I still disapprove of the clay biome. It's unrealistic AND it'll destroy the clay economy...

May be possible. If you can provide me one model to try this, and it proves simple, I'll take this task.

Don't you think it's because of you generating them too many times? Check where and how often your ores generate by using spectator gamemode.
And why are you creating a new Worldgenminable every generation cycle? Normally there should be one instance of it per ore.

I made an extensive tutorial on trees - http://www.knowbase.org/viewtopic.php?id=59.

Next update:
changed appearance of militia;
made them hireable and implemented appropriate AI;
fixed exception caused by militioner not having any careers;
Hired militia can be told to stay by Shift+right clicking them.

I didn't have time to implement all changes, but the next version should be much better:
added natural enemies to targets;
made militioners immune to each others' fire;
increased armor value;
fixed crash on someone's death from militioner;
made golems, villagers and players with non-negative reputation immune to militia fire;
made creative player not require reputation check;
made militia to attack a player with reputation -2 and below;
increased damage;
The spawn egg isn't available (I'll have to make a different item to spawn them), but I made it so in creative mode it doesn't take away your bow and skips reputation check. No natural spawning yet, either.

I'll investigate that. It works on villagers that were spawned by an egg, though.
[Edit] - I think I fixed it, http://www.mediafire.com/file/o3gxb39fcky0bal/Villager%20Expansion-1.12.2-0.2.jar.

Hint - place any container with some iron ingots in it near the bear.

I managed to replace the villager if the player Shift + clicks him with a bow. Now I made a first version of this, I implemented everything except animations, retreat, regeneration and low reputation player attack. There are also some details to discuss, like their damage.
Here is the download - http://www.mediafire.com/file/kbv0t9qh30b1qpb/Villager_Expansion-1.12.2-0.1.jar/file. Let me know if I go to the right direction with this.

The mod has been released here - https://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding-java-edition/minecraft-mods/2907311-scp-lockdown. If you are wondering why it's in different thread, it's because I'm in a team now and Wendigo is our project manager.
A mod spotlight of our mod would be very appreciated, and we can offer something in return for that.

Hi. Can't do the described villager transformation, can you think of a different method?

Check out "Builder" of RF Tools.

I am not obliged to do anything here. I just felt like making tutorials that people actually want to have. Not going to do a total overview of forge, because it changes with every minecraft update.
Just start with simple things - adding blocks and items. In the very beginning I had zero programming skills and I WAS following tutorials, then after few YEARS I could consider myself intermediate at Java and modding. To this day I accumulated a lot of code, so I don't need to use tutorials. And by the way, there are lot of open source mods now which you can easily view if you wish. That said, if you want to achieve something specific, I might help you.

I do not mind.

Made a general enchantment tutorial - http://www.knowbase.org/viewtopic.php?id=58.

Yes, you can get player's head pitch and day time but calculation still wouldn't be accurate as the sun is not an object in the world, but a texture, and one would also consider whether the player's view is obstructed by being underground for example...
