There are no rubies. Follow the updates closely and you'll see that emeralds have been added recently but there are no rubies in Minecraft.------------------------------------------
I hope snapshot b comes out soon because after seeing all these comments about lag and bugs I'm not willing to risk it.
It will be released as 1.3 and I doubt even Notch knows exactly when because there is no guarentee that the snapshot updates will be perfect. -
Jun 2, 2012AlexanderValkyrie posted a message on Snapshot 12w22a Ready For Testing!I'm having trouble playing the new snapshot. My laptop cannot connect to the internet to download it but I can download the file to a flash drive. Only problem is when I delete the old jar file and drag the new one over it shows the "updating" screen when I click Minecraft and click play offline. The green bar is close to fully loaded but never moves.Posted in: News
Please tell me how I can fix this so I can play Minecraft in my spare time. -
Jun 2, 2012AlexanderValkyrie posted a message on Snapshot 12w22a Ready For Testing!I need help playing this version of Minecraft! Right now my laptop has no internet to connect to and the best I can do is download the snapshot file to a flash drive and drag it over on my laptop. (I know I won't be able to get the full Minecraft update without an internet connection). Every time I drag the jar file over and start Minecraft it only shows the updating screen with the green bar almost loaded, and it never moves. If you could help me that would be great because I really would like to test out this snapshot.Posted in: News

This is a good idea. Don't worry, it will catch on. Just advertise its link or show it to your friends and reply to everyone.

Random enchanting is better; because I don't want to recieve what I want every time. That makes the game much too easy.

What would it grow if you right clicked it with bone meal?

Obsidian is always useful. Good tip.

There really needs to be an option for watching that...

I was at low health and it was nightfall and this one guy who had a really weird username was chasing me in full diamond armor.
A creeper walked off a cliff and I somehow barely managed to react quickly enough to hit the creeper at him with my nearly broken iron sword. I'm not sure how I survived but I did. With only half a heart.
The guy died and dropped a full inventory of goodies. All of which I took.
Your epic moment can be either single player or multiplayer though I would prefer to hear about mostly Vanilla Minecraft. Tell me what was your epic moment?

Date-October, 2011
Stage-Beta
Update-1.8.1/1.9 pre releases
My first skin was a changed/stolen skin known as blue warrior or blue mage or something like that. I basically just made all the blue parts red and add a small red emblem on the back.
My noob days were litereally the exact same as yours.

I would have quoted the guy that said that but for some reason thats very glitchy for me right now.
Vanilla Minecraft isn't boring for everyone. But hey go ahead and keep your opinion.

To be honest I would love an in game user friendly (emphasis on the user friendly) feature like mc edit. I use MC Edit right now and its frustrating to have to switch between that and Minecraft while I'm building my castle.

Still you've put alot of time and effort into this idea.
Convenience? Its really really difficult to get enough wood only by hand... Unless you only farm trees with tnt and pick up the lucky wood blocks that weren't destroyed completely.

Too late someone else beat you to it.
