What do you mean FPS doesn't run your PC harder??????? The whole point of your GPU is FPS. Lower GPUs can't have as many frames because they can't make them as fast. The faster your PC is making them, the harder it's working. Actually, most people don't know what V-Sync is. V-Sync stabilizes your fps to 60. It's only good though if you PC is pushing out quite a bit more than 60 frames. I'm not saying V-Sync is good for everything but it's not terrible. Also, I'm not saying I dis agree with you... but I entirely disagree with you.
Also, how much RAM do you have? That'll effect your FPS a lot depending on how much you have.
Nevermind I just saw it. 8GB is good enough for Minecraft but I recommend getting DDR5 RAM since it's better and 8GB only costs about 35$ now
ABOUT: CMM is a mod that adds in compress materials such as compressed iron, gold, diamond, emerald, stone, and wood. These compressed blocks are crafted from 9 of the base block of the material. Ex: Gold Block, Oak Log, Iron Block, etc. These compressed blocks can be used to craft tools, armor, and swords that are more durable and just simple better than their normal version. CMM will be compatible with 1.6.4 all the way up to 1.10.2. (P.S. Sorry for the small post. We just started on this mod today.)

I need a mod like NEI, JEI, or even TMI. I know that JEI is already updated for 1.10. I need a mod that is like JEI but has features like time settings, some sort of built-in /enchant and /potion features, and have every block and item including all spawners, and finally have tooltips with item ID (Rather have the number and the name ID or just the number ID) This would be very helpful on servers where people are opped and in normal worlds. The /enchant and /potion features are the most important. So basically, it's just NEI, JEI and TMI all in one mod. Thanks in advance to anyone that makes this mod a thing!
When I tried to place some hoppers together
for a mob farm they just opened and never placed the block. To go into
to detail, I place a hopper on a hopper shift right click and the hopper
is there but I am in the hopper that was placed on now. If I push E or
Esc the hopper will disappear. This did not have happen on the server in
1.9 . I tried in singleplayer and it works. I don't know what plug-in
could be causing it but I really need to get it fixed.

60 fps is considered optimal/good. This makes you sound kinda spoiled tbh. In your settings turn V-Sync on. It caps your fps at 60 and makes your fps count a lot more stable with less drops and such. Have more fps just pushes your PC harder. No need for that if you can get 60 fps.

I am very calm and it takes a lot to make me mad. ( I only have banned a person once in my 3 years of being an admin and that was a 22 minute ban for destroying and stealing all my stuff) I am also very respectful. I am also very mature and use fairly good grammar when speaking.
What is your favorite thing to do, and why?
One of my most favorite things to do is programming. I love to do it because you put in all this code that looks like nothing and maybe even apply a little artwork with it and you can make anything. Also, programming knowledge can help with fixing problems with application such as Minecraft.
Name something that you've always wanted to build, but couldn't.
I am guessing you mean in Minecraft so that's what my answer shall be. I always wanted to build a very tall building that kind of looks like an office building. It would have 20 stories or how ever many it take to reach the top of the limit. Each story would have it's own theme of like a biome or dimension that would make you feel like you are in a mini version of it.I also would like to make a moving house. (But I'm not too great with redstone) Also a city but I don't have the time but mostly the skyscraper with 20 stories.

I like to code using Java and Minecraft, mostly. I have been playing Minecraft for 4 years now and I guess you could say I'm almost an expert at it. I have a lot of experience with being a Moderator/Admin. I really like to play video games. I have about 150 PC games at the moment. I'm on Steam. (IGN:THEGAMERGUY) My favorite animals are cats.
This is a new mod that I've haven't really had much time to work on. It's called the, "Commandimonium Mod." It pretty much just adds in an ore that give 1 chunk of command ingot or something. (I haven't named it.) This ore only spawns once every 10 chunks so it's pretty rare. It takes nine chunks of the ingot to make an ingot. There is in total: 1 sword, 1 pickaxe, 1 or 2 mobs, 1 dimension, 2 items, and maybe a few hidden features. The tools are really hard to get but last a very long time and give off 10000 damage. (So it's still OP with mods like orespawn)
Let's do some math. If there is 1 chunk in 10 chunks and you 18 of them to make 1 sword then that's 180 chunks of the world you will have to dig through so don't think getting the OP stuff is easy...
I don't need any help because this is a fairly small mod but I do need people for a small mod group. My post for that is in the mod discussion page.
Note: There will be no shovels, axes, or hoes in this mod.
The mod will most likely be released sometime near the end of June.
I'm going to try forming a small group that makes mods together. Each
person will have some sort of specific part but can help with other
things too. There will be 4 or 5 people plus me. Just so you know, this
