    7. Specifically what unique qualities can you bring to Ethos Economy?: There are many qualities that I can bring to Ethos Economy such as responsibility, awareness, Decisive, Accountability, Optimism, Honesty, Delegating

    Responsibility: Responsibility comes in handy because the owner(s) must be able to have trust and dependence on their staff to be responsible on the server while they are away, whether that be simply moderating chat or other things, they must be fully responsible and represent Ethos in a proper, mannerly and just way. I am a responsible person because I understand the fine line between when to be serious and when I can loosen up a little and if I am the only staff on during the time, you guys can trust myself to represent Ethos in the proper way it should be.

    Awareness: I have awareness and awareness is key quality because I am aware of the different kinds of players on the server and by saying this, I mean that there are multiple of kinds of players that play on a server, some are the young irresponsible and immature ones and others are older responsible mature, younger mature players ,etc and there are different ways to respond to these different kinds of players differently yet equally at the same time.

    Decisive: During the time you're staff, you are forced to make tough decisions and make those decisions in a difficult and timely manner that will better the server without hesitation, being Decisive heavily tells people how good of a leader a person is by the way they react to such situations , without hesitation and making the right and just decision that will not better themselves but what they are for. I am a very decisive person.

    Accountability: I am an accountable person and being an accountable person is an amazing quality because a person who is accountable like me takes responsibility in everything and everyone's performance including myself, so that's following up on any issue that the server has whether it be staff service or any problem that the players experience and as the problem arises, identify them quickly and resolve them.

    Optimism: I am an optimistic person and this quality comes in handy a lot whenever times are getting a little rough, it is best to have that one optimistic person to find the light even in the darkest tunnel and optimistic people communicate easier and make it easier to boost morale when it is low because well face it.. positivity is contagious!

    Honesty: I am an honest person and that is a perfect quality in anybody! This quality is an ideal quality because everybody messes up once in awhile and it is important for people to step up to the plate on what they had done wrong because if they hadn't that causes people to start to point fingers and then that causes unnecessary tension. I am an honest person and can step up to the plate whenever I am in the wrong.

    Delegating:Being able to delegate is a major quality in managing/ helping the staff achieve things done in a much faster and simpler way, and being able to delegate or realize when they are doing too much on a task and should ask somebody else to help them achieve that task. I myself am good at delegating becase I understand that teamwork is the way to go to get things done.


    Friendly: I am an extremely friendly and helpful person, I try my best to satisfy anybodies problems/situations in the most polite and friendly way possible because a person judges a server on how they were treated by people in there, especially staff , and if you treat everybody with respect , they will have a delightful time on the server and then even share it with their friends, bringing more people on and helping out the server!



    Another reason why I believe that you should accept me to become helper is that other than these qualities that I can bring to the table, I can also brng creative ideas and helpful tips on different ways the server can be handled. Another reason as well is that, I am on the server A LOT, and quite a bit of times, there has been a select time where there have been no staff to be seen on the server (not saying that they are not doing their job on not being there) but I am just suggesting that the staff could use a little bit more man power to help lol and, I am familiar with 90% of the commands so I am not no stranger to what the server has to bring, technical wise :)

    Why should you be chosen?: I should be chosen because from my experience, I am not stranger to any situation and as said above, I would not 'irrationally' think and all of my defined answers to these questions show my skills and what I can bring to the table which I believe most others will be unable to do so.
    How good is your knowledge with plugins?: I am currently learning Java and C++, so I am familiar with breaking a plugin down, but aswell as other basic server plugins (wor, essentials, etc.)
    How many hours could you contribute a day?: I could contribute at least 4-5 hours per day

(1/10): Obviously everybody is going to choose 10, just to hopefully improve ther chances of making it, but truly, my maturity is inbetween a 9 and a 10, because I do understand the fine line between when I should be mature, and when I can have the chance to have a little bit of fun.

    2) Why/how important is this to you? : This position is so important to myself because everything needs order and without order, there is chaos and without staff positions that's job is to do nothing but moderate and rid the game of people who are trying to cause chaos (trolling, breaking rules) as well as ridding the server of people who use mods to make the game easier for themselves over other gamers

    7) Are you good at managing time? Explain. I do not entirely understand this question. I am available every single day of the week with at least being able to spare 5-8 hours towards the server.
    8) How can I trust that you will be dedicated to growing this Server to the top?: After first checking out this server, I can see that you, the owner and the staff take this place seriously and the server looks really organized, I know that this may not mean much to you, but after checking out the server and seeing that I can apply, I spent a lot of time creating this application just so it can stick out to you and show that, I'm not creating some half-**** application, and cross my fingers that I'll get accepted, but that I can be dedicated to this server and try my hardest to bring it to the top.
    9) Other notes: I took a lot of time into this application so I hope that you can consider it although I have not been on the server for a long time! Also going into the server, there have been a couple people who have broken the rules in chat and I don't believe there was a moderator present to stop them from breaking the rules in chat (excessive swearing) and I can put in many hours on the server to moderate the server and stop spammers, rule breakers etc.

    Practice Questions:
    Someone joins the server and starts advertising their server what do you do?: Firstly, I would mute them for 60 seconds and private message them telling them what they did wrong and if they would do it again, extreme action would be taken because people on this server are here to enjoy the server, not have people try and go over to that server. Secondly, if they would do it after the first warning, I would tempban that person for 10 minutes.

    A donator joins the server and starts playing and uses their donator status to exploit something and glitch through winning their game (Basically exploiting):First I would tell them that what they are doing is against the rules and if that person keeps it up, action will be taken, and then I will keep a close eye on that person (through /invisible) and if they do it again for a second time, I will kick that person to give them a warning to let them know that I am aware of what they're doing, and then if they come back and do it again for a third time, I will tempban them for 10 minutes, and then I will notify a higher-up to make sure they are aware of this situation.

    Two players get into a heated fight what do you do?:First I would try and stop the argument and if they keep on going, mute them, and I would pm both of them to see what the problem was, and then try my best to resolve that situation

    You see a staff member breaking rules what do you do?:Well I would let them know that I am aware of their rule breaking and if I see them doing it again, I will notify my higher-ups about the situation, and then I will quickly speak to my higher ups about that current situation

    1.) What position are you applying for?: Server Game Master/ Server Administrator

How important is this to you?: Achieving this position would be really important to me because in my whole career on being staff on minecraft servers (About 2 years ago) I have always wanted to become staff on a server that is able to become big (many players on the server) and I'd always want to play a role in helping the server achieve that status.

    3.) Any past experience in this field or something similar?: For Server Game Master, I have quite a bit of
    experience in that field because I was Co-Owner on many servers and that meant helping the Owner coming up with new events that would be held within the server, also on the moderating side, whether I was Co-Owner or Head-Admin of a server, whenever the Owner would be gone, I would be in charge of the whole server, on the plugin side(configuring, developing if needed), I was also in charge of managing a whole staff (hiring,firing, training) staff members. Since I was Co-Owner/Head-Admin I was also in charge of any problems/questions or even arguements that the members of the server would have that they'd need me to settle, so I am familiar with many situations.

    4.) Have you ever managed a server before?: As listed before, when I was a Co-Owner/Head-Admin and whenever the Owner would be gone, I would be in charge of the whole server (managing staff, managing plugins, etc.)
