Jul 28, 2011Affinite posted a message on 1.8 Updates: New Mob...Revealed?The idea of this really is quite overwhelming. Creepers are a bit intimidating enough when its black out and you're not watching where you are going, but this would be nothing if there was a mob that was maybe faster because it may have muscles [Skellie fail], it may have purposeful intelligence [Zombie fail] and it may have legs that are actually meant for walking [Creeper fail]. The fact that it may be able to take blocks and either destroy them or hurl them at you, just adds to the effect. Gratz Notch. Crisis? Dead space? Nope. MINECRAFT.Posted in: News

Well, sir. It truly depends on what it is. If it is a wood or genaric tile with straight lines then it's fine and doesn't take that long whatsoever. But sometimes when I am presented with a tile like "sand" or "grass," the amount of defined or known material, so the amount of work that I have to do that is improvised or strongly made up as I go, increases and causes a longer completion time.
I work very hard on all of the tiles I make I assure, but even the tiles which are done, are never *really* done. I will constantly tweak each one to better perfect them. My OCD for anything computer related truly drives this packs amount of success. Well... that, and everyone out there that supports me. :smile.gif:

That would be a massive amount of trouble currently, but as May and June come around, not so much whatsoever.

Well you can try doing some of the following:
-run defrag, to bring files that over time
Move apart together again speeding your system up
-simply install more ram
-obtain a flash drive, plug it in, click speed my system up, and turn your
Flash drive into a virtual ram device
-partition your harddrive so that important installation files are all
Located on one partition, reducing the time your computer
Has to search for the files placed in the partition
-there's also over-clocking your system buuuut on second thought I
Won't go into detail with that, if you wish, google it
These are just some ways to speed up minecraft and your computer in general. If you want more help I suggest google as my knowledge is limited...

Thank you sir, and for the above about this being dead, on the contrary. It is very much alive! Update coming Monday. Sorry, expect massive production and epic tile-spitting-out come May of this year.
