How long have you played on Killion?: Hm, about 10 minutes, but I can already tell it's a well organized sever, and it will go far.
Do you have experience with prison servers?: Yes, in fact. I ran the "GreenHaven Prison", you should/can look it up in the MC-Forums. I was the owner of the sever and I was in charge of running the plugins, hiring the guards/hunters, keeping the sever in check, and frequent updates. I have also played on Convicted, and tons of old prison severs from the past. (EX : Section 9... Oh, It's even hard for me to remember the names now, Heh.) I was a guard on two other prison severs; I really have a hard time with names, but one of the owners was named Dasnake, if you might know. I understand the difficulties in hiring staff, and the lack of trust; but I hope I can prove to you I'm a patient individual.
Do you have experience guarding?: Oh yes, I do as I stated earlier. I was the Owner of a Prison sever, Which I had to know how to guard to set the guidelines for the guards. Plus I was a guard on two other prison severs, I'd know the names if I could only check back in my post history.
Have you read ALL of the server rules, both guard and prisoner?: I certainly know how to play both the prisoner and guard, and I have read your sever rules regarding said classes.
What makes you the best guard applicant?: I feel I can bring my expertise to the sever, and hopefully make it go further. I believe my knowledge and patience (Two things a guard MUST HAVE) is valuable. The most frequent problem I had with my guards was that they were too hasty, and jumped to conclusions and overreacted. I also feel I'm a team player; I can fit into any situation with a cool mind, things essetnial to a guard.
Hey, I'm not really one for introductions so lets just jump right in, shall we? GreenHaven Prison will be a underground themed prison were you start deep undergrounds, and must work your way up! Literally!So far we're making some progress on the prison, and it's not finished, however I find this to be a perfect time for beta-testing, and this is where you will come in! We've got some custom plugins, and I want to iron out the kinks in C, so this is your time to help me out! You will not go unrewarded, if you keep a constant activity or report a number of bugs/exploits/kinks you will be given 75 k (Or higher) when we open, and a custom beta-tester hall of fame secretly stored within C. (Prizes/perks are undecided and new things may be added. j
So far we've only built C, however we're going to be picking up the pace and be bringing out more and more to the prison, which you'd be helping us out in testing. Want to join the team and become a builder to speed the process along? I have a few requirements, which is you must be a good builder, and have the ability to get along with our main builder. Our main builder is fine with additional people to join in building assistance, but only to the point where he doesn't have to go back and correct your mistakes. You must be consistent with his work, and his work must be consistent with yours. The application is created by you. Include whatever you think it takes to convince me to add you to our building team.

First of all, there is a difference between a plugin-manager, and a "programmer" (or as I like to call it, a "coder"). Programmers do the obvious, program things, like plugins. Plugin-managers manage these plugins. Now, I can defiantly help you set up the plugins, and anything else you need setting up, but I'm not interested in staying on the server for a long period of time, except to come back whenever you need me, I'm very flexible time-wise.
I have my own server to tend to, so you may accept or deny me as you wish. If accepted, I will actually teach you how to manage your plugins yourself, and run the server yourself so that you don't have to ask for other outside help other then to admin the server. Oh, i'm 17, and my past experiences would be from running/owning about seven different servers, being an admin on two other servers, and I've been playing minecraft since 1.7. I can't be bothered to go back into my post history to state all servers i've been apart of, so i'll leave that to you.
To answer the questions you asked : Use LWC bukkit plugin :http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/lwc/ Second question, is in the config of WorldGuard there should be an option to globally disable pvp, then you should be able to come back and define certain areas you want pvp to happen.
Finally! I miss the Starting up new sever section... It's where all the small severs go that can't compete! The big-boii-severs are dominating the small ones or non-whitelisted ones. I would be very happy to see change, and big thanks goes to the MCF-staff for actually listening to us. Thanks buddaizs.

Hello, My name is Aeonxan and I'm reviving/remaking my sever, "GreenHaven". Now, it went down because of some real life problems I had, which have been resolved. Anyway, now I'm bringing it back up! However, the concept about the prison will be change a bit.
The GreenHaven Prison isn't supposed to look much at quick glance, but if you were to take closer look, you'd notice much secrets in store. First off, there is no random conveniently placed tree farm, snow mine, or any of those weird things you would find inside the prison. You're a prisoner, and everyone is in the same boat as you. There isn't custom prisoners for different prisoners (A-block, B-block, C-block, etc). Everyone is a prisoner, and live in the same prison. At night, the guards put you to sleep into cells, and they KOS any prisoner they see roaming about. Our goal for our sever is to be realistic while keeping in the fun factor. Instead, the majority of the content will be kept inside the sewers. The sewers will be very intricate and confusing. You got to watch your back though, as there is PvP in the sewer halls. Unfortunately, the guards patrol down here not as often as they do above ground. If you are seen down here, guards will order you back up the surface. Down in the Sewers you will find Dungeons, Trees, Drugs, Shops, Banks, Hidden areas, the Black market, and many more!
Coming back to the point about ranks, there are keys to different areas within the sewer. For example, you can bribe a warden for a janitor's key. With that key, you can open up the Janitor's closet and purchase diving gear, to get to new areas you weren't able to get to before. Also, here in Greenhaven, you cannot buy yourself freedom (It would be illegal!). You have to earn it. With escaping. And with escaping, come the hunters who will hunt you down. But when you are on the outside, you can visit the different towns that contain : Shops (That come equipped with different prices), Real Estate (That you can purchase and Hunters cannot search the houses until they receive a warrant from a Warden), Sell drugs to residents. You can create your own town when you assemble 5 different residents, create 5 separate houses that are nice looking, and creating at least 3 different roads. When a town is created, your town will get its own Thrift Store, and 5-day immunity from hunters.
This is just a brief rundown about what our sever is about, so please don't mind if I'm just rambling right now. (It's 3:26 A.M where I live right now!) Anyways, this thread will be updated as we go towards our release date! (Cross your fingers for Christmas Eve!) Feel free to leave any feedback or any suggestions, and we will take those into account. This thread will most likely be updated and cleaned up when we release.

I understand that this is a new sever that is opt to new ideas; and subject to many future changes that will direct it in a better course. I have ran many different severs, and I know how much a sever can change from several ideas.
2) What interests you most about our server just from the very limited information provided? : It seems very interesting; It is hard to find "fun" hardcore PVP severs. Jail severs are always simply amazing great fun. I love Jail severs, and I love PVP severs. This interests me because I can see the two go well together in this sever. I also want to join because, I can see your vision; one that is very interesting, and I wish to see it go far.
3) Do you have Teamspeak 3? (This is optional, but highly recommended) : Yes, I do.
4) Do you have a mic? (This will not affect your chances of being accepted) : Yes, I do!

6) Why pick you over everyone else? : Because I have experience in running PVP and/or Jail severs. The severs I have run was : GreenHaven Prison, NukeCraft, and two different vanilla-severs.
