With the release of 1.1 we're trying to find some time to get this mod updated. :tongue.gif: Sorry for the wait.
Until then, I'll post some changes that we'll be making to what we have already created.
Since sheep now regrow wool in 1.1, we'll be letting them regrow with Mojang's code. However, we'll be fixing the regrowing by making the sheep regrow the wool with the original color of the sheep. So, if you dye a white sheep's wool, say, blue, then when you shear it and it regrows, the wool will be white again.
Also, with the release of bow enchantments, fire arrows were added to the game. We'll be removing our version of the fire arrows and replacing it with tiered arrows. (Flint, Iron, Gold, Diamond, etc.) This may not be in the very next update, but it'll happen eventually.
So that will be what's coming in the next release. Then, we'll get back to the Tutorials/Newby update. :smile.gif:
For whatever reason, Minecraft's servers are down right now, which means that your Minecraft client can't access anything that is stored online. You can still play offline if you have already successfully logged into the client on the computer at least once. Otherwise, you will have to wait for the servers to go back up before playing.
I don't like the fact that iron buckets cost more now. :C
Screw consistency, I'd just revert that back. I'm greedy concerning my iron, even though you can have 5 stacks within 1 hour. >.>'
The other improvements are truly making sense, though! I've bookmarked the thread and I'll try it out soon!
-DRR.
In addition to consistency, since wooden buckets are extremely easy to get, it decreases the tier of materials needed to control water and get milk. So we decided to make handling lava the slightest bit more difficult to get, just to balance the material tiers out a bit. Thanks for the comment and bookmark. ^^
We have officially released this mod.

About:
YourCraft is not a mod that is intended to dramatically change the play style of Minecraft. Rather, for the most part, YourCraft is meant to improve what has already been established in the normal version of Minecraft. Since YourCraft is only a two man team, and we can't speak for the entire community, all of the ideas that were gathered for this mod were supplied by the community. We are continually searching for ideas to better Minecraft, for areas of the game that the community believes should have been in Minecraft or just simply needs some attention.

V1.1 Release Content:
Technical
Mod Installer
Game Sheep drop meat
More specifically, mutton. We felt that after players obtained the wool needed for the bed, the wool-less sheep were rather useless.
Sheep regrow wool
Now you don't have a bunch of wool-less sheep that you decided not to kill running around. If you put dye on the sheep, it's wool will grow back to its original color.
It takes approximately 1 Minecraft day to regrow.
Jeb has implemented sheep regrowing their wool in his game snapshots, but until it's added to official Minecraft, we'll keep this in.
All passive mobs drop bones
Just makes sense. You are also able to obtain bonemeal in Peaceful mode. ;D
Pigs drop mushrooms
Truffles anyone?
Pigs have a 20% chance to drop either a red or brown mushroom.
Fire Arrows
Initial addition for a set of features.
To change which kind of arrow you shoot, press the "X" key. You can change which key you use to change arrow type in the options menu. If you don't have any arrows of the selected type, the bow will default to the other type if you have them.
Wooden Buckets
Hold only water and milk.
Recipes:
Fire Arrows
Wooden Buckets
Regular Buckets (Recipe has been changed for consistency and tier balancing.)
Video:
Thanks to RainbowRunner for the video!
The video is slightly outdated. Sheep do regrow their wool, you can craft fire arrows, and you can get milk from cows.
What to expect from V2.0:
In the next release, we'll be a adding a how to play tutorial to the game. This probably won't really affect most people that will use this mod (you all probably know how to play if you can install mods), but we felt it was a big thing that was missing from the game.
How to install:
First, click the large download button located above. Download the zip folder and unzip the contents however you want to. From there, you can install YourCraft by one of two ways.
Run the "Install YourCraft" file and follow the instructions.
Manually insert the classes and folders (located in the files folder) into the minecraft.jar and place the texture pack in the texture pack folder.
If you do not have something that can open .jar's, you can still install the mod by using the provided installer.
Make sure you have a vanilla version of Minecraft. We can't guarantee that this mod will work if you have other mods already installed, as it edits a variety of classes. (Too Many Items does work with though)

If you have any suggestions for YourCraft, you can do so in this post.

V1.1 Progress:
Stopped bones from dropping 100% of the time.
Fixed chickens not dropping feathers.
Confirmed that sheep regrow their wool. (Takes approximately 1 Minecraft day)
Decreased mushroom drop rate from pigs to 20%
EDIT
Also added the capability to get milk from a cow using the wooden bucket.
Lol, we have to finish the mod now that there's a video of it. :tongue.gif: Thanks for bringing the milk bug to my attention. As for the sheep regrowing their wool, it takes approximately 1 Minecraft day for it to happen. They should regrow, but I'll check again to make sure.
Thanks everyone for your patience with this mod. We're both pretty caught up in real life right now, but we're trying to find the time to get this mod rolling.
Go into your saves folder and find the map folder that you want to share. Zip the map folder, and upload it to a file sharing site such as MediaFire. Then, copy the link that it gives you and share it as needed.
