Welcome to the Cow Lucky Block Add on forum page, this lucky block is awesome and I love cows. Check up with this page so you can see all the awesome update!!
There aren't that many drops yet but there is custom armour and items including:
Cow Set (Good As Diamond)
Cow Swords: Cow dagger, Cow Sword, Cow Big Sword, Powerful Cow Saber, An actual Cow,
Cow block (WIP)
Cow Bow Very Poweful and quick reload
Rainbow Steak (As good as a normal golden apple)
Enchanted Rainbow Steak (As good as a notch apple)
Cow apples (Just normal apples)
WAY MORE COMING IN FUTURE UPDATES
Includes most of the drops needed for Popularmmos challenge games.

Make sure you install minecraft forge 1.8, the normal 1.8 lucky block and loot ++ for 1.8 first other wise this WILL NOT WORK.

Redstone and/or repeaters should be able to go up and down walls!
Though this may be difficult to add to the game (how do you change which direction it's facing?) It would give a lot of potential for building of more compact easier redstone.
I know some people would disagree but I think it's a good idea.
