I believe it's up to hexa to bring Convicted back online. I am not sure as to the reason why it has not yet been brought back up; however, I am sure that he is working on the issue and will fix it as soon as possible.
As to the rest of you guys, spamming the forums asking why the server is down will not help the Wardens in bringing it back up. Rather, you just need to be patient and wait for the server to be brought back up. In the meantime, I'm sure most of you guys have another game/server or IRL stuff that you could do while you wait.
Sorry if this sounded a bit harsh, that wasn't my intention at all.

According to you, more than just Raged acts like this. You have told me that I act like this as well, but I choose to disagree with what you say. We are merely posting topics on the forums and you barge into them with a negative comment to put everyone down. To be honest, I haven't seen you post one non-negative post on this forum. You are putting yourself into conversations that don't concern you, and this, to be frank, is quite annoying. Please stop. Raged is defending what he thinks is right, and that is fine. I do agree that this should be settled somewhere else than the forums however (i.e. Skype, In-game)

August 2012 - Ablakac joins Convicted for the first time as a C and then quits after about 3 hours
July 2013 - Ablakac rejoins Convicted and gets to B block!
July 2013 - Ablakac gets banned by builder1028 for using X-Ray and other various hacks.
July 2013 through September(ish) 2013 - Ablakac takes his ban without notice until appealing in late September and getting unbanned shortly after!
October 2013 - Ablakac grinds through the ranks and achieves freedom in less than a month!
October 2013 - Ablakac quits Convicted through boredom.
November 2013 - Ablakac rejoins for a short week before quitting again.
December 25th, 2013 - Ablakac rejoins Convicted for the final time, donates $40 to the server and achieves his first star, the black donation star!
December 25th - 30th 2013 - Ablakac wins DustyCactus, acquires the light green star, and shortly after has the sudden urge to achieve chaos and conquer all the quests that the server has to offer!
January 2014 - Ablakac achieves his goal of acquiring the chaos star slightly by gaining the light blue, light green, purple, orange, pink, and black stars all in one month!
February 1st, 2014 - Ablakac beats World Quest and achieves his goal of beating every quest that the server had to throw at him!
February 9th, 2014 - Ablakac beats the odds and conquers gl3nnleblanc's pure skill in Event Wars to achieve his goal further by gaining the one, the only, dark red star!
February 18th, 2014 - Ablakac is forced by life to resign his career as a Convicted player. Goodbye ablakac!
Alas, I am not joking. I am forced to leave the server until further notice. I may, or I may not come on at some random times to see how the server is coming along. Sadly, I was never able to achieve my goal of gaining chaos, and would like to give special hope to the others that wanted chaos so badly. These people have my thanks, and my blessing. I wish you all good luck in gaining chaos.

You all have a good luck wish from me. I hope you can achieve what I couldn't! I would also like to bid a special farewell to these people listed below. They have helped me become what I am today, and I think they deserve special recognition.
Redrum_face - Hey Josh! Good luck with that chaos star you want so bad! I never really knew you well, but you seem to be an important person, I think you deserve a special goodbye.
Lavahandler123 - Hey there Lava! We sort of just met a few weeks ago, so we're not all that close, but you've been with me for a decent portion of my time playing, and deserve a goodbye. You are also one of the only friends I have that is a girl.
charsmars - Hi chars. You have not been a friend of mine for an overly long time, but you have been a big influence and a role model for me throughout my time playing here. You influenced me to do parkour, and helped me become what I am today.
Dutchleader - Hey Dutch! We also have not known each other for long, but you went out of your way to try and help me achieve light red, but alas, it was just not meant to be.
Gl3nnleblanc - Hi gl3nn! I'd like you to be thanked because you are one of the nicest, most caring people I've met. Even though you were hammered out in the finals twice by spot and I, you still congratulated me without anger at all. That is amazing and deserves a thank you!
Spot0991 - Hey dude! You're a very quiet person, you are very good at a lot of things though. If I could, I would help you achieve chaos to the max! You can do it buddy! Go make me proud and get chaos!
WaveConquerer - Wave, without you I would not have made this list in the first place. You are truly an amazing player. You brought me back to life on Convicted and showed me the ropes. You deserve chaos more than anyone on this list. And if I could, I would transfer my dark red star to you immediately. You invited me to my first faction and helped me through thick and thin. You deserve a spot on this list more than anyone else.

My time on this server has been like something never before! I loved it a lot and wish to comeback someday and see that the server has flourished more than ever!
