Yes As I said before, I have played on many other prison servers along with this very one for about a year. I have had a taste at moderating on my own servers which I will not advertise because that would break the rules.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs) I think I am the best choice for guard because I have shown the server that I am a dedicated player with my donation and my comeback after being banned for so long. There are also some ups to being banned and then being a guard. If I was a guard I would know who was breaking the rules because I've had experience with rule breaking and topics surrounding rules. I am also a very calm person. I don't have much of a temper so I can tolerate a lot of deaths. I am a very active player and a hard worker which makes me a very good choice for guards as I usually see about one or two trainees and two alphas on a day which is hardly adequate for the amount of PvP that goes on in C and B blocks. Along with being a hard worker I am also a very fun person. I might even inspire some people to apply for guard so we can have more protection. To conclude it all up, I am a very hard worker and also a fun person who likes to support the server. If i were to be guard I would devote some more of my time to guarding and less to other things so that everybody can be free of PvP.

Yes I do understand that nagging wardens and/or Alphas will get me an immediate decline. I am usually working in the mines or doing quests so I don't talk much.

Hey Convicted Admins! Just a video that contains a reason I believe that one of the server's quests is not possible. No I am not nagging you to fix it. By all means take your time. I'm just informing you so that you do not have people (annoyances) responding with annoying posts saying to fix it with no evidence of it being impossible.

Not really much he can say to defend himself with this. As it is impossible to sprint in place like that. Also it is impossible to move a players head that fast without faster sensitivity which i fin quite unlikely he was using it.

I will donate to the server because you guys are such an awesome community that I am a part of. I also believe I am a good choice for guard because I am loyal and have time to guard on the server. I was in a skype call with Two of my other friends and they were saying how easy it was to find diamonds in Omega with X-Ray. I reported this to Benjaminsaunders immediately after I heard it, as this is what I am supposed to do, and he just told me to go away like I was trying to prank him or something. So basically what i'm trying to say is that I am very loyal to the guards and wardens and I will report any hackers or X-Rayers i've seen at all.

(1-2 paragraphs) I believe that I am a god choice for guard because I am loyal to my superiors (which in this case as a Trainee would be Guards, Alpha Guards, And Wardens) I also have a very good PvP record as the main reason I started playing Minecraft was to play Survival Games and kill people. Because of playing Survival Games a lot I have exceeded many expectations from people who have challenged me. I also have gotten the skill from playing the Survival Games of never backing out of a fight or in other words not being a coward during a battle. So for example even if I was forced to go up against a person in full Protection IV diamond armor and a Sharpness V Diamond Sword I wouldn't back down and I would keep fighting until one of us dies. I also have already been training for guard by doing some of these things. If I see somebody with a sword I would tell a guard to watch them and see if they take out a sword to take it away from them. I have not been jailed once by any guards. If a guard sees my with a sword and asks me to hand it over I an a loyal prisoner and will hand it over if they do ask. I have also been training to fight as a guard by helping other guards fight people if they seem to be needing it. No matter if it is a diamond person or an iron person I decide that the guard needs my help so I take one of my best swords and I kill the other person. I also hand the sword away to the guard if we win I also think that I should be a guard because I am experienced with finding people who hack (this would only be useful if I was able to become a Warden or Alpha Guard however) as I said before, back when I played the Survival Games a bunch I had a very laggy computer so I could not win a single game as I could not find a good way to fight somebody I turned to hacks and won multiple times over and over. It got boring after a while so I used it on other servers. It was not very fun though as I didn't really have to do anything to win or find diamonds. So after being banned from multiple servers I decided that this was not working and that I should uninstall it. So in other words I am experienced with what it looks like when somebody is hacking during a PvP battle or using X-Ray hacks. Therefore I think I would be a good choice for Alpha Guard Or Warden as I know how to catch a hacker. I feel that after I got back on Convicted after A long Ban I have gained enough trust from people that I will never hack again as cheaters never prosper and by hacking I will just get banned again. So I have learned my lesson on hacking and I swear by my account ban me forever let me not appeal again that I will never hack or use X-Ray as you guys are the best server ever so I hope that everything goes well and that I can become part of such an awesome staff group I also think that I should be guard because I will not hold a grudge if I die. As I know that it is just a game and that raging will not solve any problems. if anything it will just get me muted for Flaming or Swearing So now that I know hacking, Flaming, Swearing, Racism or out of control chat fights happen lets continue with what I was saying. I will not hold a grudge if I get killed even if I lose diamonds I know that they were not real diamonds and that if they were I could always get more and that the mine is only a couple rooms away. So I usually just think to myself if I do die with some valuables in my inventory I just think "It's just a game and does it really matter? I didn't lose my actual life, just my virtual one" So that is one of my reasons I would be a good guard. But the reason I mention that I do not hold grudges is because earlier on the server today I saw somebody swearing out of control (hopefully he got muted) and some other guys doing that. Even a guard said some swear words after being killed (not naming anybody because I don't feel like a forum post fight would be necessary) Although these are a lot of reasons I still have some more to say to the person reading this One of the main reasons I feel that I should be guard is because of the sole purpose of stopping riots. As some of guys may know there have been some guards retiring in the recent weeks and a lot have retired so now there are less guards to roam the foyers and stop the fights. Sure there are a lot of guards in C but I am in A block and I have seen only a single guard in there. I would like to help the higher block people such as B and A get their resources safely transferred to the shop by battling the diamond people for them. they don't deserve to be spawnkilled. So all in all I just feel like there are not enough guards on the servers and that by being a guard I can protect the people who are often on the servers as I am on Convicted often lately. So basically what I am trying to get at with this guard application is that there are not enough guards on the servers to patrol the area and help the prisoners progress with their stuff. keep the server clean and get the hackers out of the server and help them stop polluting our beautiful server. I am a nice, loyal person who likes to help out the guards with their jobs and make their jobs easier. I am roughly good at PvP and think that I am experienced enough to know that this job is not a piece of cake and that you have to work hard to maintain your position as a guard.

(1-2 paragraphs) Well I think that I am the best choice for Guard because I am experienced with the prison genre and moderation genre as I have been moderator on multiple servers that were made by me and my friend. I also think that I am experienced with finding hackers as almost a year ago I would use hacks but I realiezed that it was wrong to use them because I would get banned from multiple servers for using them. In other words I think that since I have used hacks before I am experienced on what it looks like when somebody is using them. For example. if somebody joins the server less than 30 minutes ago and they have 50 kills that is not normal. Therefore I would follow them around for evidence and record their usage of hacks. And for X-Rayers I could look into the mines (as an Alpha-Guard of course) and see what they are doing using X-Ray to see if they are using it themselves or not. I also think that I should be a Guard for the sole reason of the fact I join Minecraft in the first place was to play Survival Games so I am quite experienced as I used to only pay Survival Games my PvP skills have gone up since the time I joined Minecraft. I also believe that I am a good choice for Guard is because I am not cowardly in fights and when I see somebody fighting I decide that I should help the person losing (this also shows that I am a very nice person) Another reason I should be guard is because I am not one to hold a grudge. Say if I got in a battle with somebody and I lost all my stuff, I would not get angry and rage at them in chat and flame with all these different swear words. I would give it up and think to myself that it is just a game and it does not affect my life in any way. There are many reasons that I should be Guard on Convicted. Those are some of my top reasons and now for some of the other reasons. I like to help other people if they are having trouble with something and I also like to give everybody who joins a server as a new player a warm welcome to the server to let them know that we have a friendly community and that you should stay on this server and play for a little bit. Whenever I see a Guard fighting somebody in C Block no matter it be a Diamond armored person, an Iron armored person or a no armored person I think that I should enforce the rules and keep fighting to help the guards with their job. I like to keep away from contraband items such as drugs and swords (shanks) to enfore the rules further and make the Guards Jobs easier. So all in all I just like to enforce the rules and keep the servers Community clean by helping out the Wardens and Guards and make their jobs easier. Those are just some top reasons why I believe I should be guard, I have many more in store but I think that if I put those in there is Application would stretch too far and it would be rejected for being too long So all in all I am a very nice guy who likes to enforce the server rules and help the current staff with their jobs. Who also has experience with the prison genre and what hackers look like.

Now i'm no Alpha Guard here but I believe that if you are banned there is no use making a guard Application. And only re post your Ban Appeal every 3 days or 10 pages. that goes the same for guard applications, Now I am going to name off some suggestions and things that you could do better in Guard Applications and Ban Appeals:
[1] Make the "why are you the best choice for guard?" part VERY much longer. As it says make it 1-2 paragraphs minimum.
[2] Don't lie about how long you have been playing on the server, it seems a little off that a C Blocker has been playing on Convicted for 1 year.
[3] (not sure if you did this)DO NOT LIE ABOUT YOUR AGE AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES The guards have ways of finding this out.The reason i name this out is because you do not seem very mature for your age (16)
[4] I personally think if you have had very little experience with the prison genre that you should learn a little more about it before attempting to apply for guard
Ill make you feel like more of a noob i have been guard for a year now and still enjoy it immensly it is way better than free in my mind.
It seems to me like your doing an indirect way of beggging for an unban. This shows immaturity and is unlikely to get you an unban. So i recommend that you just stop making posts even close to like this it gives off the wrong image.
Oh and sorry about making that post I wont make many more posts anyway as I don't necessarily have much to say about it anymore as it doesn't seem to be helping my chances in any way. Ill man up and quit posting for a bit because i have a life to attend to.

For example. if somebody joins the server less than 30 minutes ago and they have 50 kills that is not normal. Therefore I would follow them around for evidence and record their usage of hacks. And for X-Rayers I could look into the mines (as an Alpha-Guard of course) and see what they are doing using X-Ray to see if they are using it themselves or not. I also think that I should be a Guard for the sole reason of the fact I join Minecraft in the first place was to play Survival Games so I am quite experienced as I used to only pay Survival Games my PvP skills have gone up since the time I joined Minecraft. I also believe that I am a good choice for Guard is because I am not cowardly in fights and when I see somebody fighting I decide that I should help the person losing (this also shows that I am a very nice person) Another reason I should be guard is because I am not one to hold a grudge. Say if I got in a battle with somebody and I lost all my stuff, I would not get angry and rage at them in chat and flame with all these different swear words. I would give it up and think to myself that it is just a game and it does not affect my life in any way. There are many reasons that I should be Guard on Convicted. Those are some of my top reasons and now for some of the other reasons. I like to help other people if they are having trouble with something and I also like to give everybody who joins a server as a new player a warm welcome to the server to let them know that we have a friendly community and that you should stay on this server and play for a little bit. Whenever I see a Guard fighting somebody in C Block no matter it be a Diamond armored person, an Iron armored person or a no armored person I think that I should enforce the rules and keep fighting to help the guards with their job. I like to keep away from contraband items such as drugs and swords (shanks) to enfore the rules further and make the Guards Jobs easier. So all in all I just like to enforce the rules and keep the servers Community clean by helping out the Wardens and Guards and make their jobs easier. Those are just some top reasons why I believe I should be guard, I have many more in store but I think that if I put those in there is Application would stretch too far and it would be rejected for being too long
8) Do you understand that nagging Wardens in-game to read your app will result in immediate decline? Yes I understand that nagging will not help my chances in any way so I will just be quiet about my Application and let them read it when they have time.
9) What is your current prison rank? Do you understand that we will require a screenshot of this when/if you retire from guard? Yes I do understand that you will need a screenshot if I ever wish to retire from Guard. But I do not think I ever will because you guys are such an awesome community

Now i'm no Alpha Guard here but I believe that if you are banned there is no use making a guard Application. And only re post your Ban Appeal every 3 days or 10 pages. that goes the same for guard applications, Now I am going to name off some suggestions and things that you could do better in Guard Applications and Ban Appeals:
[1] Make the "why are you the best choice for guard?" part VERY much longer. As it says make it 1-2 paragraphs minimum.
[2] Don't lie about how long you have been playing on the server, it seems a little off that a C Blocker has been playing on Convicted for 1 year.
[3] (not sure if you did this) DO NOT LIE ABOUT YOUR AGE AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES The guards have ways of finding this out. The reason i name this out is because you do not seem very mature for your age (16)
[4] I personally think if you have had very little experience with the prison genre that you should learn a little more about it before attempting to apply for guard
