I wouldn't consider it valuable, but it's certainly a useful tool. Easy to make temporary pillars/steps/bridges with that don't take forever to get rid of again.
I agree with the concept stated by drfrozenfire. It should become a more common thing for people to add specific continuation limitations in their licenses, just to ease confusion on that sort of issue should the desire ever arise for other users to make one. Until that happens, I think it's best to apply the idea of continuations in line with whatever happens to be in the license when they go missing. So, if their license states that no one can use their textures without their permission, then of course a continuation pack isn't ok, no matter how long they're gone.
As for adfly/adcraft links, I personally feel that it's not ok to make money off of work that's not 100% your own (though if the original pack's license allows it, then by all means, go for it).
Jesus ****ing christ, excuse my language but why am I getting so many downloads??? This is incedible! Today, I have gotten over 110 downloads! What's happening????
THIS IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
Maybe a popular blog or youtuber spotlighted you? o: Hell if they're big enough even a casual mention might be enough.

Hey, is it just me or are the forums going down quite freuqently? Alot of my pages say "No Connection" (or somthing similar, can't remeber what it says.) then I refresh and it works again.
Edit: I read last nights post and I owned a page! I guess I'm too late to rule you though :ohmy.gif:
Typicaly I always leave at the wrong time.
Nah, you're not the only one. It's rare I go a day on these forums without at least one 502. ;P Generally when it 502s for one it's 502ing for everyone I think.
Finished inventory. I used the pack's logo clould to give it a nice feel.

Very nice! I'm not personally fond of the yellow, though. It doesn't have the contrast against the background that the red and blue do, so it seems a bit off.
So fix it? Hell, start from scratch if you want. No one gets better as an artist or makes super pro work by giving up every time they make mistakes. Your skill level grows BECAUSE of those mistakes, since they teach you what does and doesn't work. You'll never go anywhere by giving up. (Trust me, I know how it feels to hate my own art too.)
A break wouldn't be a bad thing. Besides it's always a good idea to step back from the canvas to get a good look at it. Fresh eyes see new problems to be solved and with fresh eyes usually comes fresh determination and willpower to create even more new problems for tomorrow XD.
Yessss this is the best advice, and why I always work on anything, including textures, in short bursts. When you look at the canvas for too long you'll find that eventually you see nothing but mistakes.
@Unh3lpful:
Welcome! Your textures are very nice. (:
The pattern on the diamond block is rather pretty. Looks... vintage-ish I suppose is the best world for the vibe I'm getting.
And aside from that!

I definitely understand what you mean about the stone. I've gotten a few other complaints from friends and I'm working on fixing it up. (:
I'm also considering making an alternate, more decorative glowstone at some point.

Didn’t like how overly AA’d the cow’s spots were so I redid them with a different method.

The sword makes me think of old rusted iron. I like it a lot!
So if I just sit next to you for a long while will I absorb some of your talent?

I adore that sidegrass. :3 It's delightfully simple but not in a way that I've already seen 63,000 times.
Oooooooh hot damn that's purdy.
