Runescape was the perfect game, for me anyways. I never found myself bored, and I never found myself with anything not to do. Unfortunately, I grew beyond it, but I still compare everything I play to it, simply because it was just that great.
A wild Al Gore appeared.
Go George Bush.
Al Gore used Purple Hearts attack.
...it's not very effective.
George Bush uses Oil attack.
It's super effective.
Al Gore faints.
Yesterday, were I to answer this question, I would have said clowns. Today, clowns would be the furthest thing from my mind.
At 3 AM today, my father had a heart attack. My mother and I rushed over to his house, and then followed behind the ambulance to the hospital. When we came in, my mother (parents are divorced) said to me, "you need to make sure you stay alert, you are his next of kin."
Next of kin. Those were the scariest words I had ever heard in my life. At twenty-one, I was going to be responsible for the life of my father. I would be responsible for making the decisions of what would happen should something go wrong and he cannot express his own will. I was completely overwhelmed by the pressure I was under. It was not that I was responsible for someone's life, it was that it was my own father. The man who raised me and protected me during my youth, and now I was in a position where I might have to make a decision that could kill him if it is the wrong one.
Fortunately, he came through it alright. He was not really in danger after the paramedics got there because they gave him aspirin and a nitro shot. Still, it was the most terrifying hours of my life waiting for him to come out of surgery.
Whatever you know you fear, there is always something far worse that will scare you.
There are so many different answers to this, I can't even begin to list them all, let alone tell you which one is the right one. The best advice I can give you is to do what you feel is best for you. If you feel it is best to tell them, then just tell them. If you feel it is best for you not to, then don't. Do what is going to be in your best interest, not anyone else.
Being alone, and conscious two yards of loose earth was the sole barrier between us, I said to myself 'I'll have her in my arms again! If she be cold, I'll think it is this north wind that chills me ; and if she be motionless, it is sleep.”
