I think it'd be really cool if we had seasons in minecraft. Every 60-90 MC days would be a season, and certain biomes could get or not get snow, depending on summer or winter. It'd also be cool if during the winter, in snowy biomes crops couldn't grow.
My character was always teased by the others. Teased for being more human, smaller, kinder, more creative than the other dragons. One day, he fled. He journeyed out of the depths of hell, to a world filled with green and brown, blue and grey, oceans of water and fields of grass. He started to build, to mine, to thrive, in hopes of one day meeting the ender dragon, king of them all.
Oh, and I recommend using Zyin's HUD (I don't know the guy, I'm not payed to do this XD) with the control pack, as the control pack adds more "physical" options, while Zyin's adds HUD options, making EVERYTHING BETTER!.

Kinda sad.. it's like my daughter is all grown up and I'm watching her drive away to college or something. Which is kind of funny actually, because my daughter is actually 6 now and has starting playing Minecraft. Perhaps I shall set her up with ControlPack
About better 3rd person, in case this helps:
It's a new view mode that you can cycle through, in addition to the regular view and 3rd person views.
While in better 3rd person view, your character can turn 360 around without the camera rotating, making it (for example) possible to view the front of your character. The controls still work as if the camera were pointed the normal way, and the camera still follows the character. It's just that its angle relative to the character isn't locked to point at the back of their head.
You can rotate the camera by holding down the middle mouse button and moving the mouse around, which will adjust the yaw/pitch/etc of the camera. You can also hold down CTRL and use the arrow keys to do the same thing (either left or right CTRL was required -- forget which).
It's a feature I considered removing because 95% of the videos people made about ControlPack got it wrong, saying that you can't rotate the camera-- but you can, they just didn't even bother to read the instructions. Infuriating. And I'm not sure how many people really use it. The primary benefit it has is for machinima stuff, but there's probably other mods out there more suited to that anyway. Also, there's a bug that could be exploited. While in the mode, it's possible to put the camera inside a block, making it possible to see distant caves/etc.. which may not be a big deal, but to some servers that type of ability is why they ban mods.

The better 3rd person is supposed to make your movement and camera separate, right? So you can angle your camera on an off angle, not just in front of from the side. When I do it, it locks my camera in whatever way i was looking, and only my player head rotates, not what I can see.
Oh, and the look-behind crash has been reported to be a optifine conflict for a while now.
I'll fix those later.
Press the Sprint key (f) when auto-run, better-third-person is supposed to do that..?

Well - Auto-tool isn't detecting that what tool i'm using and switching me, look behind crashes me, is there any way to make it so that auto-run can be auto-sprint?, better-third-person simply freezes my camera and only rotates my head, not the actual screen view….Help?

my problem is that is doesn't recognize the mod for some reason…
I can even open the light loader menu and it says that the mod i in there, i've tried enabling and disabling it, but it doesn't show up
