Exalm was just waiting for a stable MCP release for 1.7, but since the release of an stable release, he hasn't posted on the forum, but he is still reading the forum.
Edit : Also he was having a forum bug, that caused the notification to not show up, I wonder if he still has that bug since the forum update.
No, the snpashot are not updated to 1.7, you have to wait for Exalm to port the mod to 1.7.10, but right now he is not very active.
I'm not sure, because I'm getting notifications about this forum thread.
Bug: You can't port Indev worlds anymore, when one shows up in the select world screen, the game crashes.
You have to use MCedit to port .mclevel worlds into the current version of the game.
Also, I tried to port a 0.31 world made by the patched version into an Infdev 4.15 world made by this mod using MCedit, and this is what happened:
I fixed this btw, but it took me FOREVER to do in MCedit.

This mod sucks because its not forge. I want to install a good forge mod and now u made it ModLoader mod? Oh seriously...
Some things i wish you to do:
Forge comptatitable (and usually, to work for forge-only users...i mean people who only use forge)
Make the lime green grass a biome named Alpha (or Indev if user is on indev world)
More to be added in this list or maybe...
This mod is so big and edits so many base classes that forge compatibility is practically impossible, (compatibility with anything is practically impossible). But you should just hate the mod altogether because it's not compatible with forge, you should give a chance.
Some suggestions based off of the 0.31 version that _kcx posted:
-0.31 setting in the Indev generator
-Tools not taking durability (I know, OP)
-Being able to break stone and ores with your fist (I know, also OP)
-Trees growing faster
-Old torch placing mechanics
I previously mentioned what I've done; here is an update on the same world that I mentioned previously, shortly after I started it, which is starting to rival my first main world:
In addition, here's a full-size map of my world at layer 20 in Minutor:
In all, I've probably explored over a thousand miles of caves (the 1,000+ miles I've covered in my current world includes going through the same caves more than once), made/placed over a quarter million torches and mined over half a million ore (if you include Fortune, more than half a million pieces of coal in my first world and my current world alone; I also have two other worlds which together are about equivalent to my current world).
(I wonder how many people have even gotten nearly 50,000 iron from iron farms, much less from mining; same for the 6,000 gold)
I did the math, and you could make a minecart rail is, wait for it... OVER 131 km long!!!!!! And I thought my 5.3 km rail was long.
can somebody please try to get this to work with the latest dev build of multimc 5? it supports version editing now, and multimc is SO MUCH BETTER than the vanilla launcher...
Uh, I never used the modding feature from multiMC before, I just did it manually; you could try just manually installing the mods into the .jar file, I think that will work, (however, I haven't used multiMC with 1.6 yet, so I'm not sure).
Bug (I think): If you generate a seed with the Infdev 4.20 generator with generate new ores off, then you generate another world with the EXACT same features (generator, seed, flags, etc.) except for having generate new ores on, the tree generation is different between worlds.
I really love what this mod offers, but if it is THAT incompatible with all the mods... I might just have to let it pass by. Unfortunately, I prefer modded Minecraft to vanilla, so I guess I'll have to live with the default mobs and sounds (ugh.) Thanks though.
I mean, I think it might be possible, but I'm no modder; I'm just a fellow guy on this thread who likes to do the best he can to help people with their Olddays problems.

It's incompatible with almost everything, because of it's forge incompatibility.

Umm... just because I play on peaceful the majority of the time, and started after the game was officially released (1.0.0).
Edit: Plus, I think this test is outdated.

And the logs too?
Edit: Also, 0.31 never had leaf decay.
