Reason for wanting this position (requires paragraph): I want Head-Admin because I believe I have the skills/talents that best suits a Head-Admin. I love helping new players with anything they need. I am also very mature and kind to new players. Being a staff member takes a large responsibility and I believe I can fill that.
Experience (details): I have been staff on many different servers along with many different sized servers. I have been staff on a server that is called "GlowstonePvP". Like I said before, I love helping new players with anything that they need. People always love me whenever I am a staff member. I have been on a few build teams, though, I left them because I didn't like them. I also love building.

Reason for wanting this position (requires paragraph): I love to help others. I love seeing 'Thanks Matt in chat. I feel so accomplished. So when I heard you needed staff, I couldnt resist the urge to come and help you out. I'm really in to Factions and other PvP games, so a PvP server is perfect for me. I'm a very dedicated person too. I try to be on for 5 hours a day. These 5 hours will usually consist of making sure the server is running properly, and that everyone is happy. I'm very experienced within all staff positions, so adding some more experience to my long list will benefit me in the future. My reason for wanting a high role is because of my initiative to help others. If I was just a helper, I would be restricted to only a few commands, which means that my position wouldn't be as useful. If I was Head-Admin, I would be able to use my commands for the better and help everyone. Now you may be thinking, what if he griefs or abuses him commands? Well if you go to my MCBans profile, you'l see that my reputation is actually pretty good. I've only been banned once, due to griefing, but every since that day I realize how important it is to follow the rules. So ever since that day, I have been enforcing server rules, staff or not.

How long have you been playing on servers?: I have been playing on servers for over 2 years now, and I have been playing on servers that have been biased (OP factions, flying for donators and so on), and played on relatively not-well know servers. I have also played on Mithrintia's server, got up to Member, then was intermittent in logging in for a long time. Currently still member.
I would like to be a builder, and if not, just a small position such as Mod. I want to be a builder so that I may improve in building medieval buildings that look pleasing for other people, and not just me. I can take criticism, and I would like helpful criticism when it comes to my work/moderation.
Experience: I have experienced being an Admin for a server on the UK, which led to me lagging a lot. I was still able to help players, so I know what to do in a stealing/griefing situation (Different rules and plugins apply, though.)

How long have you been playing Minecraft ON SERVERS: Well, I first got minecraft back in July of 2012, so I discovered servers as soon as I bought it. So I would say around 2 years or so. I usually play on PvP servers as I am quite fond of 1 on 1 combat with other players; or I play on survival challenge servers which include SkyGrid and Skyblock etc.
Reason for wanting this position (requires paragraph): I would like this position because one of my good traits in life is helping others. As well as this, I am an ok builder (not too good haha) and I am also loyal, friendly and can obey orders from higher ranked members very easily. Just give me something to do and I will do it even if no one else is online. Also, my Dad runs a local corner shop so I also help in there at weekends for a couple of hours though, which takes alot of responsibility and trust, but all this comes naturally to me. Finally, I am a Graphic Designer, which is where I can design websites, banners, logos and all that sort of stuff. I am sort of a beginner though as I started at 11. I mainly use Photoshop CS6 and I am currently trying to learn how to edit using After Effects CC.
Experience (details): Over the years I have been assigned many staff positions including many moderator and admin positions. One time I went from Mod to Admin to Owner as I was that trusted and responsible. But unfortunately that server closed down due to financial difficuilties with it's host (beastnode I believe). But on many other servers I may have not been staff but I have been liked and resonable. I am quite popular on killa.co even though I am not staff - it's a pvp server, you should come on for a bit in our spare time, I would love to meet you and help you out!

Dedicated time: Well, I generally come home from school at around 3:15pm - 3:30pm GMT. My homework takes around 30 minutes - 1 hour depending on how much I have. The rest of the day I can be on pretty much apart from a break to eat food. Then I would have to go around 10pm. Weekends, pretty much from 10am - 10pm but obviously I would take some breaks to go out/see family etc.
What you can bring to the server: I can bring popularity, kindness and trust to the server. I love meeting new members and helping them out (but of course not too much!) as you never know how they will turn out to be. If a member dislikes me I won't treat them harshly. If they need help, I will give them it, no matter the situation. However, I do not tolerate bad language towards me if I haven't done anything wrong. Finally, if I do get a staff position, I will definitely NOT abuse powers by no means what.
Proof of work: I am not quite sure what this means, but I'm assuming it's to do with builds. If so I don't build often at all and if I do I don't take screenshots of them.

Reason for wanting this position (requires paragraph):i want the position of mod beacuse i would enjoy it and i loved to help the community and i have lots of new ideas that i could bring to the server. i also dont like it how alot of mods or admin abuse there power so i want to be a mod who gives warnings and dosnt use there power to there advanages inthe game or pvp (flying).
