I have fixed it, I did not think of it. Thanks!

The story could still involve a demon in the nether, but it just shouldn't be a real theological demon. You should mention the rarity of village mineshafts, people will call it OP otherwise.

Also, every village should probably have a random questline to kill repetition.

I'd like to see them have a purpose as well, but I only included blacksmith as they would be responsible for enchanted weapon repair, I'm sure you'll be able to trade with butchers either to get meat or to sell it, but I'm not sure about librarians or priests. I'm looking forward to the quests as well. =]

Librarians could sell you books? Priests could... not sure about this, healing probably but other than that I don't know.

It's mostly good, except Minecraft should never have Satanic references. Also, mineshafts should be very rare.

All good ideas, but I like the shape of the current trees better. And maybe slimes could be darker green in swamps, just a cosmetic difference.

What about Butchers and Libraries (and possibly churches)? Shouldn't they sell things too? I agree with the overall idea, though. I've wanted this (and quests) ever since 1.8.

Same goes for ocelots and player-made golems. You should be able to name all your pets.

Your referring to the red ring of death, a relatively common hardware failure. If you want to avoid it happening again make sure you turn your Xbox off when you're not playing.

Remember the beserker thing from 1 that you could only kill with the hammer of dawn?

They were a good boss, but fighting them 3 times was a bit much. I really liked playing as them GoW 3, and the lambent version was pretty cool.

On a different topic, I'm surprised there are no Valve games in the pole, I'd expect a lot of people to vote for them.

    Quote from AloSec

The only acceptable plot for Portal 3 (if it ever does come around) would be open world post-apocalyptic setting where you must navigate the open world and survive with your Portal gun, picking up some other Aperture and Black Mesa gear along the way. Now THAT would be an awesome twist instead of a boring rehash for money.

I know that no matter what happens in Portal 3, people will either say it's too similar or too different to the first 2. Face it, the idea is doomed no matter what.

probably shouldn't have asked this on a pc based game forum site...

We've got some legitimate answers for from people that aren't raging and comparing specs. I think it's a good thread idea and this is the right place.

I have to say the Gears of War series.
My favorite one is Gears of War 2.

Yes, add GoW to the list, it's one of the the best third-person-shooters out there. My favourite is the third one.

I would prefer a normal musket to a blunderbuss, honestly

A musket would seem less OP, and 'antagunists' would be more willing to include one. So I agree that a musket would be better than a blunderbuss.

posted a message on We should be able to dye our tools!

And I thought saying that is illegal?

Anyways, the dyes would have to "agree" on the combinations. For example, Diamond Tools are blue. If we add the red dye to it, it would be purple, so it would say "Purple Diamond Pickaxe".

It's not illegal if you name the mod and state your opinions on the idea.

    Quote from The_Z_of_Death

I know someone who hates entire games because he doesn't like one aspect of the game, e.g. he hates BF3 just because he doesn't like the running animations. I pointed out that in Assassins Creed, you can't swim, despite the fact that you are a ninja-assassin. His reply that it is ok because it is the first game in a series.

That is pretty dumb. The same thing happened when I read a review of Mass Effect, Their main complaint was that Shepherd runs like a derp.
