I will be buying a 30GB RAM Public Cloud Server on OVH. I do not know how the server should work or what theme it should be. I am looking for one person to create the network (I will help). I will be paying for the server, advertising, website, and donation store. I will also setup multicraft. Once the server is done you will get 60% of profit and I will get 40%.

I need a detailed plan for the server (include: Network or single server? What server(s) will there be and how will they be designed (examples: factions, skyblock, role play, adventure, minigames, etc)? What is the theme Fantasy, Modern, etc? What plugins will be needed only include the big plugins not little things here and there? Finally anything else that would give me an idea of you server idea?)

Requirements:
You must have some experience with running a server!
You must be ok with the fact that I am 16 (sound like 13 or 14 and am mature in other words I don't say stupid things and I am polite)!
How Long Can You Spend A Day: I can spend about 6 to 7 hours daily on this network.
When Can You Start: I can start as soon as you give me the ok to.
What Type Of Server Would You Make (Bungee Cord?):
It will be a Bungee Cord network, but it will be unique. One thing is the network will be completely community based. I have noticed networks that are like that have more players because they feel involve there. The whole network will be based on a unique theme that I would be more than glad to share with you in private message. Everything will be custom made by a friend of mine who is developer. I plan to have a custom op prison server. We will have custom ranks, mines, and other events that will get players playing. It will be a OP Prison server that no one has seen before thanks to my developer and builder we have different themes it will be based on that fixes the theme of the network. Another game mode I plan to have is a faction server. The plan for this is I would like to events for the players for example maybe something like a faction wars or something long that lines. Again, there will be custom plugin and buildings involve in this. I have a few other ideas for the faction server I would like to go more in detail with you in a direct message. A couple of other servers I have in mind without going in detail are Skyblock, Kitpvp, and I would like to see more in the future. This is just a general idea. I will go into more details in a private with you.
How Long Until You Think You Can Get The Server Ready: I think with recruiting staff, development, and building. We can get it up in a 2-3 month frame I honestly think we can get it done sooner.
How Will You Advertise: I will reserve slots on some advertising websites. I also know some you tubers who will be glad to help us advertise on there channels. I will try to encourage the staff to advertise. I will also focus on the social media side and get things setup to make it look interesting. Another thing I have in mind, I will setup voting systems on the network that will reward the player after a certain amount of players they invite. I also have a few other ideas I will be glad to share if I get chosen.
How Many People Do You Think You Can Get On Within A Week Of Opening (Be Honest): To be honest, we may not get as much as we hope at first, but I think with the ideas I have and the game modes we will have. I think we could have about 20 or so steady players.

I am looking for a full time owner that can be on and run a server. This person would have to be able to do the following:

- Make most decisions
Basically be the leader of the server. I will be paying for everything don't worry about that. I will also manage the website. Here are the terms:
- All money will goto paying off the server until its paid off for that month after that we split the money 50/50.

Eternal Sky is an upcoming minigames server bedwars is almost done. We are looking for beta testers. Every beta tester will be given one of our 3 network wide ranks on opening depending on amount of testing effort. Beta testers also have a higher chance of being accepted as staff.

I would have to say a 7 because I can be a little silly sometimes but also like to work hard.
What is your previous experience as an administrator?
I have owned multiple servers and am good at building, configuring, and managing people. I have also helped out servers with coming up with great ideas.
What led you to apply?
I applied because I could see in the level of effort in the post that this server is committed. I have also been looking for a server to be apart of. Including help out and just having fun.

I am from the united states although I lived in Kew near London for a little of my childhood.
What are your strengths?
Creativity is probably my main strength. I love creating new and unique ideas. I am also good at being assertive meaning I am professional and stubborn when it comes to tough situations.

I normally have trouble staying focused but that only for things i'm not interested in and I love and am interested in minecraft and servers.
How much time can you contribute to the server each day?
I should be able to help for 3 - 5 Hours

I am very suitable as a role model especially because as i stated up above I am assertive.

I made a mistake when I was joking around with a friend and kept turning off his computer. He is no longer my friend. I am approaching this by giving him some time then going back and talking and work are friendship back up again.

Outside of minecraft I normally program or just mess around with databases. I am currently studying JavaScript and have been working with databases and linux. Hopefully I can learn C++ soon but I am taking it slow so I can learn everything. Some of my work includes creating a sign in app for the office at my school, text based games, and a goal app. As I forgot to mention above I am waiting for a while before I start C++ although I do know a little like "Cin", "Cout", and "if - else statements". One last thing if you need VPS's and dedicated servers setup I can help you get them running with a control panel maybe multicraft or anything else. I do not know Java.
