Delete Meta-inf (or something like that) which is in your minecraft.jar because that stops mods from working!

While flying around on my dragon I ran into something annoying. When using the COMBINED control setup, it is extremely hard to aim the fire breath. So I thought of a way to fix this. I was wondering if it would be possible to make it so when using the COMBINED setup you can use the mouse to not only turn but aim the dragon's head up and down, making it easier to aim the fire.

Right, so here is my request. Sorry if it is a bit hard to understand. First, a little reasoning as to why I would like this skin. In my Minecraft world, I live in a kingdom, where I am king. I call it the Kingdom of Ice, because it is in a wintery area. So I was hoping you could make me two skins, a king and queen. But, not just any old king and queen, I was hoping for a sorta ice king and queen. And when I finally get my self to the nether realm, I may end up coming back for two more skins... but that is another story.
Ok I found a seed that has an ocean that I have found to generate forever. It also spawns you next to an npc village. Here is the seed TYPE IT EXACTLY! -7967079487497146602 You will spawn on an island of sand, go to the opposite end of the island to get to the npc village. I will provide screen shots on how to get to the never ending ocean... It's almost like explaining how to get from one place to another which I just completely suck at.

??? Are you referring to the mod or Fallout itself? You see, I'm trying to get the colt to look like the 9mm Pistol (I don't know it's real name, if any) from Fallout New Vegas. I'm going to change the skins of all the other WWII weapons to look like other weapons from Fallout. That sounds confusing now that I'm reading it. All right, let me explain what I want to do. I want to change the American weapons to look like guns from Fallout New Vegas, the British weapons to look like Fallout 3 weapons, and the German weapons to look like weapons from the DLCs for both games. Okay?
