Other than the enderman issue, I think this idea has potential. Maybe only do it for spiders and zombie pigman, which would be aggroed by spider eyes and porkchops, respectively. But definitely don't do this for endermen.

Maybe also make it so that zombies will choose players over villagers if they're holding rotten flesh, rather than only attacking which one is closer. This could add an interesting strategy to defend against sieges, if the player hasn't had time to build traps and fortifications.

A very high jump boost effect can stop fall damage. If they have Jump Boost level 255, they can jump but cannot take fall damage, and at level 150 they can't jump and cannot take fall damage.

I usually go branch mining. First I dig out a 3x3 corridor, which I often decorate as a vanilla-generation mineshaft with crafting tables in the floor, and then I dig 1x2 tunnels branching out from it, two or three blocks apart. This is at layer 11, BTW, because at layer 12 I fall into unseen holes with lava a block below said hole. At Y11 you can actually see the lava and waterbucket it first.

and copy the world you want into your phone. Though, I don't know how to open imported worlds on PE.

No idea what you're on about. Other than crying obsidian, which I don't think that was an electrical component...? Isn't crying obsidian just the magical way to change your spawn point?

1.14 is not planned to be a "big update". In fact, I doubt they've even begun planning the 1.14 update, if anything they'd be planning the 1.12 update, right now.
Jeb_ did once say, via twitter, something along the lines of if you're not happy with the small updates, I'd suggest not updating until 1.14 comes out. which was a response to people wanting more big updates like 1.9 rather than the small updates like 1.10.

Electricity, RF, or any other kind of energy system doesn't fit Minecraft's fantsy theme, so I doubt that the devs will ever add anything like it, other than redstone, which we already have.

You can do it by just copying and pasting on pretty much any image editing program. Paint.NET, GIMP, Photoshop if you have it, but not MS Paint, because that removes transparency.

My one was like 8,000 blocks away, both X and Z directions. You have to travel for a looong time. And yes, the top of the map is North.
