A mod that lets your character's default abilities change based on in-game activities, along with fatigue (you have to take breaks from sprinting)! Useful for roleplay, normal survival, and everything in-between!

Physical Traits is a mod that allows players to become stronger (or fatter), allowing for some interesting changes in gamplay to occur. Because of this, players won't the strangely squarey Steve; comparing two players' models side-by-side won't always be exactly the same. Physical Traits adds somewhat better player rendering to Minecraft, keeping the blocky feeling but adding a nice amount of realism (i.e. you can see your beefy muscles).
Note: GoreCore is mentioned a couple times in this post. GoreCore is my own library mod (not adding much on its own, but providing miscellaneous utilities for other mods to use) needs to be installed alongside Physical Traits.
Current & definitely-will-be-added features:
Weight, strength, endurance, fatigue, and energy
Improved player rendering that works with your skin

Multicommands! /pt is your all-in-one Physical Traits command. More subcommands will be added, like strength. Oh, and check out the energy and fatigue bars in the top right.
The minimum weight is 70 pounds, and maximum is 500 pounds.
Hold Left Control (key can be changed in Options) to view your weight and strength. Soon, you'll see the endurance there as well.
It works with your skin! (small discrepancies between vanilla and PT appearance do exist, but they will be fixed in the near future)
Your sides become larger or smaller depending on your weight.
Upcoming features
Development will resume soon. I'll add more rendering, re-balance mechanics, new small aspects (e.g. gain fatigue by swimming), RenderPlayerAPI support, better support for modeled mod armor, and a couple little fun features.
Installation for this mod is the regular way you would do for all Minecraft Forge mods. You also need to have GoreCore installed. (forum thread will be created soon)
Download latest version of PhysicalTraits: 1.7.10-0.8.0 - You need to download GoreCore also.
By downloading and/or using Physical Traits and/or GoreCore, you agree and are bound to the Terms of Service.

Since it looks like people might be interested, I'll release an early version of Physical Traits in approximately 7 days. It'll come with all of the stats and rendering, but it won't be perfect. If people try it out and give me feedback, I can improve Physical Traits for the first official release.

In the screenshots I see that there a different bars for different things like strength and etc. Could you please explain the other ones? I can't tell what they are.
The cakes represent weight.
The strong arms are strength.
The drops are fatigue, like sweat.
If your're playing version 0.6.0 or up, the energy is a number. Otherwise it's represented by sparks.
